Amazing from the driver Max to the toor guide Michaela & assistant Giuseppe, ALL very personable and fun =enjoyable conversation &knowledgeable loved it !=would recommend this tour -we had a great time!!!
Initially, we were unaware that the wine tour was actually a wine tasting. We had thought we were visiting a winery to learn about the process of winemaking, not tasting 8 different wines with a light lunch. We already know how to drink wine😊Somewhat disappointed about that. Especially with the long drive to and from. We would have like more time visiting the town Siena vs, unstructured time in churches.
Such a fantastic trip to end our first Italy trip ⭐️ Mamma Mia Italia has been so wonderful and very accomodating with all the tours we’ve booked with them. The Siena/San Gimignano tour today was great! Wine tasting was such a wonderful experience and the food was awesome too. Learned lots during the wine tasting experience. San Gimignano was such a beautiful place. We even had the award winning gelato 😋🍦 A must try! The drive there isnt too far. The van is comfy and our tour guide and driver made sure we were comfortable during the drive. Massimo, our driver, very pleasant and a very good driver.. Simone, our tour guide, so so wonderful 😊 very pleasant, caring, warm and very knowledgeable. Its been such a pleasure having him as our tour guide.
Exceeded expectations all around. Having a small group tour in a private van was absolutely worth paying a little more as opposed to large group tour and dealing with lots of people on a big bus. Being picked up and dropped off at hotel was also very nice not having to figure out transportation. We had our own tour guide and a driver. Tours of the city and cathedrals was educational and Dina was very knowledgeable about many different things. She was able to pivot between history, religion, and architecture intelligently. Had a little time to do some shopping in both places. The winery and staff were excellent. The wine was plenty, a great 3 course meal. The staff had us laughing off our chairs. The purchase options with discounts were good. Balsamic, several olive oils, and a few wines not sold in stores. Overall a great day spent in the Tuscany region. Highly recommended.
Dina and Massimo were wonderful, we were able to see and do everything that we wanted to, they were very flexible and accommodating to our group’s needs.
The perfect Italian day! January is a peaceful time for Tuscan villages! Max and Paula were amazing, immediately felt welcomed and never rushed. Perfect walking tours, history, and wine.

If I could give Max and Paula 10 stars, I absolutely would. This experience was far beyond the typical “run-of-the-mill” tour — it felt personal and thoughtful! The day in Siena and San Gimignano was unforgettable. Paula shared not only the history and culture of each place, but also the hidden stories and local insights that you won’t find in guidebooks. Max drives very comfortably. Their warmth, professionalism, and passion for what they do made the entire journey exceptional. The wine tour was the perfect finale — beautiful vineyards, incredible wines, and an atmosphere that felt authentic and relaxed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to all my family and friends. Grazie, Paula and Max, for an extraordinary experience!
