This truly was not a private tour. It started with one person picked you up. Dropped you off to meet someone, then they gave you a tour guide. She showed you around. Then she left. Then you met someone to put you on a train by yourself Then you came back met someone to call a car for someone to take you to the drop off. It was totally not private and the cost was very high.
Dear customer, we are sorry for this review which we believe is truly inappropriate. In fact, your tour was absolutely private and composed as follows (as written in the program sent to you before the departure): the tour began in Porto Corsini where your PRIVATE driver was waiting for you. With a PRIVATE vehicle you arrived in Bologna, where a certified PRIVATE guide was waiting for you for a PRIVATE walking tour. In a two and half hour tour, she showed you the city speaking about its history and curiosities. Afterwards, you would have to taste the local products from one of our collaborating shops and then take part in the San Luca train. Instead you went to eat in a place chosen by you, without telling us. The lady felt sick following lunch and you didn't take part in the train to San Luca, blaming us. Finally, your PRIVATE driver waited for you to take you back to Ravenna with a PRIVATE vehicle. In summary, every time there has been a change of activity, a person from our staff has always picked you up and accompanied you where necessary, following the organized itinerary without ever leaving you alone. Furthermore, we were available for every need and request, even despite your impatience and lack of education. The tour would have gone as planned if you had followed it, in a PRIVATE way.
