Athens Beach Escape & Vouliagmeni Lake depuis le terminal de croisière

My mother booked the activity to the Vouliagmeni lake and i got a lot to say… First of all, the name of the activity is confusing because it’s not clearly indicated that you pay only for the transportation and that you’ll have to also pay the entrace to the lake or the beach. If we would’ve known we would have taken the public transportation. Moreover there was no audioguide despite what’s written in there presentation but that’s not the main problem. Lastly, the indication to the pick up where not clear. We where sent a ping with gps coordinate that weren’t the right ones and when we called the costumer service the lady on the other end was impolite and disrespectful, she hung up the phone telling she will send us the right localisation and we waited for 45 minutes for guess what ? NOTHING. We had to call back to finally have the information we requested. The only positive thing I have to write is about the guide Fouhad who was really pleasant. So you will not be surprised when i tell you to certainly not book with them. They say "If you have questions about this tour or need help making your booking, we’d be happy to help…" based on our experience they didn’t seem so happy and eager to help.

This August, my group and I booked this activity to discover other places in Athens and frankly, I am deeply disappointed with the experience. First of all, during payment, nothing was really clear. In the sense that it was mentioned in the title that it was a getaway to Lake Vouliagmeni & the beach, and that only drinks and food were not included (you will know why it was not clear). Furthermore, there was no meeting point indicated. We tried several times to contact the organizer, but we did not get a response. Desperate, we contacted every number that could help us, and I assure you that the lady we had on the phone was extremely unpleasant!! She hung up on us, and when I tried to call back, she practically yelled at us, saying that she would send us the meeting point by text message. LOL, 2 days later I still have not received the meeting point. In the end, we were able to find the meeting point about 1 hour before the activity. It is really a shame! Another problem: once we got on the bus, there was no audio guide as mentioned; furthermore, the organizer informed us 5 minutes from the beach that the entrance to the lake is paid and not included in the price of the activity. Why make a list of what is included and not included if, in the end, it was to not mention what is not included? In short, it is a scam. Take your own transportation and go to these places yourself; you will save money!

Hello, As of today, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, I booked the activity: Athens Beach Escape & Vouliagmeni Lake from the cruise terminal 10:00 through your platform. I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding this booking. The first problem concerns the meeting point, which was not clearly indicated in the listing. I had to send several messages and make several phone calls at my own expense before managing to reach someone and obtain the exact address. The most problematic point, however, is that at no time was it specified that the lake entrance was not included in the price of the activity. Once there, I was forced to pay an additional €76 for the five people in my group in order to access the lake. I find this lack of information particularly regrettable. On the other hand, it was clearly indicated that the meal was not included. It would therefore have been just as logical to specify that the entrance fee to the lake remained the responsibility of the participants. If this information had appeared in the listing, I would have organized myself differently. I would have gone directly to the lake by my own means and I would have only paid the entrance fees, without booking this service. In the end, this activity cost me much more than expected: * transportation costs to reach the meeting point (about 20 € for subway and bus); * 72€ for the booking of the activity for 4 adults and one child; * then 79€ additional for the five entries to the lake, an expense that had never been announced. As a customer, I consider that I was not properly informed before my purchase. This omission had a direct impact on my decision to book this activity.

Great value for money at only €25 per person! We had the opportunity to spend a full day at the beach with an English-speaking tour leader. We were picked up right outside our Celebrity Cruises ship at the cruise terminal and headed to the beautiful Athenian Riviera. Our first stop was the lake, where we enjoyed a quick swim. Although the entrance fee is quite expensive, it's definitely worth the visit. Afterward, we continued to a nearby beach to relax and enjoy the rest of the day. Arrived at port - told to wait by the operator of the tour - having got up at 7am - waited for 40 mins to be told your has been cancelled ! Was told operator had tried to contact me - which was not true Do not use these cowboys

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience compels me to share. The tour company completely ignored multiple messages prior to the tour date. When I finally called, I received minimal help and was dismissively told to just read the Viator app description. On the day of the tour, a bus operator directed us onto the wrong bus. While they eventually guided us to the right place, we arrived so late that the tour was already over and the swimming venue we wanted to visit was sold out. Our tour guide tried her best to help, but her manager gave her false information about our communication issues. Ultimately, we missed the entire experience due to their poor organization.

Costas Galanis was an extraordinary driver/tour guide. He took us to many, many lovely spots enroute to the Lake and on the return. We walked trails, beaches and marinas. We saw neighbourhoods of the rich and famous and he regaled us with stories about ancient and current-day Athens. He was patient in the traffic chaos and answered questions about living in such a busy city.

The minibus picked us up from terminal but then went into Athens to drop 4 people at the acropolis then took us to the lake. This added 30 mins to our journey each way . Time that we should have had at the lake. There is no separate beach stop.It is at the same place. The facilities at the lake te excellent showers changing rooms etc. There is a cost of 17 euros to enter the lake.

Very disappointed with this service as they never showed up and they never let us know that they were overbooked. Thankfully a tour guide from another company helped us to get alternative transport .

Bus driver was really helpful and the bus ride was very enjoyable.Also the sellers at the various points around Athens solved any question I had.
