Bienvenue à bord pour la première étape de la croisière d'une journée à Agistri ! En approchant de l'île, vous serez immédiatement frappé par les magnifiques eaux turquoises qui l'entourent. La mer cristalline est parfaite pour la baignade et la plongée en apnée, alors assurez-vous d'apporter votre maillot de bain et votre équipement. Avec de nombreuses plages à distance de marche, vous êtes sûr de trouver celle qui répond à vos besoins. Si vous vous sentez aventureux, louer un vélo pour explorer l'île est une excellente option. Agkistri est une petite île, il est donc facile de se déplacer et de tout voir en très peu de temps. Pendant que vous êtes ici, n'oubliez pas de parcourir les boutiques de souvenirs locales pour trouver des bibelots et des souvenirs uniques à emporter chez vous. À la fin de l'heure et demie, nous retournerons au bateau et continuerons vers notre prochaine destination. Si, par hasard, Moni n'est pas accessible en raison de la météo ou d'autres facteurs, « Metopi » est notre alternative : un îlot pittoresque aux eaux turquoise, aux plages de sable fin et à ses vignobles solitaires. Après vos aventures aquatiques, notre équipage hospitalier vous présentera notre buffet méditerranéen. Notre destination finale de cette croisière d'une journée est Égine, également connue sous le nom d'île aux pistaches. Avec une longue histoire de culture de la pistache, vous pouvez explorer le marché local et essayer des spécialités traditionnelles à base de cette délicieuse noix. Le musée archéologique d'Égine vaut vraiment le détour pour ceux qui s'intéressent à l'histoire ancienne. Le temple d'Apollon est également une attraction incontournable de l'île, avec ses superbes colonnes doriques et sa belle architecture. En plus des attractions historiques, Égine est célèbre pour ses délicieux produits locaux. Les ramassages commencent à partir de 7h00, selon le lieu sélectionné. Vous recevrez l'heure exacte de prise en charge un jour avant votre croisière. Veuillez noter qu'on peut vous demander de vous rendre à un point de ramassage à proximité (maximum 5-10 minutes) pour minimiser les risques de rencontrer du trafic et retarder notre arrivée au bateau. Veuillez arriver au moins 5 minutes à l'avance au lieu de ramassage assigné, car nos chauffeurs ne peuvent pas attendre les retardataires.

Everything was lovely, lovely, lovely. The food, the guide, the stops, the electric bike tour, the island of 1000 ways to use pistachios. Anya the tour guide, the chef and his delicious lunch, the captain, and the crew! We were treated like royalty until I had to be transferred back to my hotel. I was told pick up spot about 400m from the hotel, under a walkway under the busy street. Check met the van. In a text I was told that I would be dropped off at my hotel. At the end of the day, I noticed the family I got on the van with were getting off. I did not recognize the stop but asked. The driver did not respond, the girl sitting behind him tapped him on the shoulder to ask should I get off,no response. So I stayed on the van. A gentleman and his 20 something daughter asked me where was I getting off and I said the Grand Hyatt. He told me that we had passed it. He told the driver that I was still on and needed the Grand Hyatt.No response.The father looked at me before exiting and said, "I hope you are going to. E okay" before he got off. The driver pulled away and about 50 yards toward the end of the street and told me, a single female, not from Greece tonget off!. He said, "no more stops"and opened the door and said that I needed to get off. I was terrified but had enough common sense to say, "no." He kept saying get off. I told him that I had no clue where I was, did not speak Greek, and I was scared to.get off. I told him that I was told that they would drop me off at the hotel, furthermore I had asked.earlier if that was my stop and he never responded..He told me that he was calling the office.I reiterated the same story and he said that I never received a text or email saying they wpuld drop me off at the hotel. I have the text. He said I should have gotten off earlier at my stop. Once again I never saw hot dog stand when he put the other family with me earlier. I stressed my anxiety about getting off without a clue where I was by myself. So finally they relented and dropped me off at the hot dog stand about 20 to 30 minutes by car. The person who texted me my confirmation received the text from me and she called me. She was worried about me and that I may be lost. She indicated that they should have never told me to get out and that she would call the van service to discuss..she was understanding and caring, she understood hiw frightening it could be to be dropped off in a city that you do not know..i could only tell her the Landmark of a big fountain in a round about. I appreciate her concern and her worry that I needed to get back to the hotel safely. I believe there may have been a language barrier and as I was asking he did not understand, but that is no excuse for attempting to put a solo female traveler out of the van in an unknown location and to be told to "get out" was devastating.

However, we completely understand that misunderstandings can occur, especially as some of our drop-off points are located on the opposite side of the road from where guests may expect them to be. We appreciate that, when you are in an unfamiliar city, this can be unsettling. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the driver's attitude and the way the situation was handled. We agree that no guest should feel distressed during their transfer, and we are sorry that this was your experience. We believe that the language barrier unfortunately created tension and made communication more difficult for both sides. This is also the reason why the driver returned to the same drop-off point as your morning pick-up location, as he was trying to avoid causing any further confusion regarding your destination. We are grateful that you reached out to our office during the incident and that our team was able to assist you. Your safety and comfort are always our highest priorities, and we take feedback such as yours very seriously. We will use it as an opportunity to further improve our communication procedures with both our guests and our transfer partners.
