Atelier Paella avec Sangria à volonté dans le centre de Madrid

What a wonderful experience, truly a highlight of our time in Madrid. What started as a group of strangers, ended as a new group of friends from around the world. Chef Miquel and Cristal had a way of including everyone, even the most faint of heart. They were exceptional hosts, making everyone feel welcome, relaxed and connected. Everyone took part in making the sangria and paella-which was delicious! We were even given recipes to recreate at home. I recommend this activity for group or solo travelers-as you become part of an even bigger family in the end.

Daniel and Ivan did a great job with the cooking class. It was a fun and different experience. It was also great that everyone was able to participate. And it all tasted delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Cristal and Ivan were so nice to all of us. Explained everything about making Sangria and Paella-both absolutely delicious!! They encouraged and help create such a great atmosphere to meet and enjoy the diverse group gathered there.

The chef explained the history and culture behind the food, while also teaching us all proper techniques. He was encouraging, took photos, and played great music.

So much fun, just the right amount of time. The process was fun, informative and delicious. The hosts were fun and informative.

This was one of the best cooking experiences I’ve partaken in while traveling, and I’ve done a few. From start to finish, the crew was very informative and easygoing. Everyone was able to contribute to both the Sangria portion, and of course, the Paella. Great music, great conversation, and a great time. HIGHLY recommended.

We had a wonderful time with our group. The chef was awesome n inclusive of all. Not to mention the Paella was excellent!
