Absolutely love this experience! The chef and the staff were lovely and the experience was as very interactive. Definitely recommending this book especially to solo travelers.
The best paella and sangria workshop ever! If you are in Madrid, you can not find a better chef than Iban and a better samgria maker than Dani!
We had such a greay time at this workshop. The Sangria and Paella were both excellent 👌 Our host, Dani, was super fun and sweet and our chef, Ivan, gave all the right tips and instructions. They both made sure everyone got involved. Really a great afternoon. We did the 12:30 seating and it was a great way to spend the warm afternoon. All of the guests were really nice too. We met great people.
Dani and Ivonne were absolutely amazing! This paella and sangria class was the perfect way to kick off my time in Madrid. They made the experience fun, interactive, and welcoming from start to finish. The sangria was delicious, the paella was incredible, and we walked away with new skills, great memories, and lots of laughs. If you're visiting Madrid, I highly recommend adding this experience to your itinerary. It's the perfect welcome to the city!

Wonderful experience, it was really fun. The chef gave us a lot of little tips on how to do a better paella and answered to all my questions. The paella was a bit too salty for us, but nonetheless was extremely good and really close to the one my Spanish grandmother used to cook :).
So much fun! Dani and Ivan were so welcoming and made it so much fun. Volunteer based so people who were shy could participate a little less but still encouraged everyone! Would definitely go again as a solo traveler

It was fun, and the cook and host were great. I was hoping for more hands-on in making the food, but I guess that would be hard to do with so many people. Need to let people know that the starting point is not the actual location, but will be meeting with the host running the class. My friend and I were looking for a place, not just a person. But she was exactly where she said she should be, so that was fine.
