My fiancée and I had a blast making tempura and sushi with chefs Oliver and Armando! They were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful teachers. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine and wants to learn more about how it is made.
This was a new and fun experience! Had a great time making sushi and learning about Japanese culture. Oliver & Ormondo (instructors) were so kind and informative. Great for a date and/or meeting new people!
Armando and Oliver were very helpful and friendly, and made sure to assist us with any trouble or questions we had. The class was very fun and informative, and a good way to socialize as well.
Oliver and Armando were our chefs and they were great instructors; knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. Oliver's background in food anthropology brought a lot of interesting and educational information to the table - highly appreciated. The class size was nice and intimate and it was nice to get to know everyone a bit. We wish there was a little more hands on for some of the dishes, as there seemed to be time for it, we were not rushed. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Great experience! Oliver and Danny made everything so simple, so that we made sushi ourselves and enjoyed the most tasty meals!
Chef Chris and Chef Armando were GREAT! They were informative, funny and super helpful! The class was great and the food was amazing! Class was so good I am going to do with my co-workers! Should sell the aprons!!!
Chef Danny and Chef Edgar were fantastic—super welcoming, funny, and full of great kitchen tips and tricks. They made the whole class feel relaxed and fun, and the food was simple but seriously delicious. Loved the sweet touch of taking cookies home at the end! Only suggestion: skip boiling the vinegar next time (our eyes were not ready 😅), and a quick demo on making sushi rice would’ve been really helpful. Otherwise, a fabulous experience—highly recommend! 🍣👏
Chef Danny and Chef Edgar were awesome! I learned a brand new skill with my coworkers and I am excited to take what I learned home with me.
