What a mess…app was difficult to load and connect…getting three couples to login to one group was a nightmare. When we finally got connected everyone was getting different views on screens. We gave up after 5 minutes. Do not recommend!
It was ok once we figured out the app, that was difficult to follow and I had to call to get help to set it up, we did the first few activities just fine then found there were LOTs of stairs and steep hills that were not handicap friendly and we abandoned our “quest”. Had to delete the app to get the darn thing to shut up.

After three locations, pictures would no longer able to be submitted and I could not continue with the scavenger hunt. I waited for a 36 minutes for Support, but they were unable to help. I would kindly request a refund. Thank you so much! I love the idea!
This was terrible. We could not do it. I scheduled it for the day before to have it ready to go when we were in Juneau. I never downloaded it and it said we completed it. The operator does not communicate with you at all. We have done many adventure quests and all of them can be done anytime after you buy them. This was useless and a total waste of money. No refund available even though the operator could see that we don’t use it. We would have liked to try it.
It was fun having the scavenger hunt like a guide to Juneau. We learned things we wouldn’t have unless we did it, that’s for sure.

If was a fun activity and educational. Walking was not easy as some roads were closed for construction. But overall a good time. One improvement I would make, I would like to see our photos and be able to show friends our hunt.
You mSo much fun. Saw so much we never would have. Lots of walking so wear good shoes. This was a really fun thing to do with family
Appa would not download to share to others phones. I even called the company and the guy who answered said, "Well just use your phone." What's the purpose of sharing it then? Didn't work. We proceeded to use my phone, but no photos would upload. IF the photos don't upload, you cannot go to the next item. That is stupid. We were never ab le to get past the initial photo of our group. Total waste of money as there are no refunds. Buyer BEWARE!!!
The app hung up several times and it was hard to skip thru it. I have an older phone (iPhone 6s) and it wouldn’t scroll in some of the challenges. Lot’s of walking but something to do to pass the time. If we were younger and had more patience we likely would have enjoyed it more.
