- Les vélos électriques vous éviteront beaucoup de travail. Nous avons régulièrement des coureurs qui couvrent le spectre de l’âge et de la forme physique. La principale exigence est que vous soyez bien coordonné et suffisamment en forme pour équilibrer un vélo de 55 livres. Une séance d’entraînement et de pratique est prévue au début de chaque visite. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire le tour mais ne sont pas en mesure d'équilibrer un vélo, il est possible d'organiser un tour à l'arrière de l'un de nos vélos cargo stretch qui sera conduit par une autre personne de votre groupe.
- Légalement, vous devez avoir 16 ans ou plus pour conduire un vélo électrique. Les guides se réservent le droit de demander une preuve d’âge de tout coureur. Les coureurs devraient également avoir au moins 5 pieds de hauteur pour conduire leur propre vélo. Les clients de moins de 16 ans peuvent voyager en tant que passager avec un adulte de leur groupe à l'arrière de l'un de nos vélos cargo ou dans un siège enfant (pour les enfants âgés de 1 à 6 ans et pesant jusqu'à 48,5 livres).
- Les visites sont soumises à des conditions météorologiques favorables. S'il pleut légèrement dans les prévisions mais qu'il n'y en a pas au début de la tournée, nous déciderons ensemble, au moment de la tournée, de nous rendre ou non. Nous fournirons des ponchos de pluie et des housses de pluie pour les sacs de rangement des vélos afin de protéger vos biens. Si vous annulez en raison de mauvaises conditions météorologiques, vous pourrez choisir une autre date ou un remboursement complet.

Such a great way to see Asheville! We had a beautiful sunny day and got to cover a lot of ground. The places the tour took us to we didn’t have on our agenda, so I’m really glad we did this tour and got to learn more about the city.
Trip had to be cancelled due to torrential rain but Torin kindly drove me to the hop on bus tour instead and on the way showed me some of the places we would have seen and gave me excellent insights into Ashevilles history. So impressed by his kindness. Money refunded same day no hassle.

We really enjoyed the tour as we had never been to Ashville. We stopped at a mall and hotel that were both super cool. Josh was a great guide. We would do the tour again. We were disappointed by a couple things. First, we both had white e-bikes and they did not function as they should. We have a lot of experience with e-bikes as we have owned a couple for about 5 years now. My bike was really hard to pedal with out the power boost and power levels one and two didn't feel any different. Power level three always worked as well as the throttle. I ride a 50 lb e-bike and it is easy to pedal with the motor off. I don't know why this bike was so hard to pedal. My wife also had problems with her bike and ended up only using the throttle. Both bikes had very squeaky brakes. I talked to Josh about my bike. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. The tour was supposed to be from 9:30-12:30. One couple were running late so the tour didn't start until 10am and we got back to the store about 12:23 so we did not get our three hours. We really liked Josh but we feel he should dress a little more professionally. I would not accept any white e-bikes if you do do a tour with this company. We would give the tour and Josh a 5 start rating and the bikes a 2 star.

Sometimes issues still arise while on a tour and our guides flag those bikes to be repaired before going out again. Did this trip for a second time with this company and they’re as good as they were before. The experience itself is wonderful and nearly effortless.
