Excursion sur la côte du port d'Ashdod : excursion d'une journée à Massada et à la mer Morte depuis le port d'Ashdod

Description

Our tour guide was great. Dead sea was exciting. Masada was fantastic! Amazing how history unfolded for these poor Jews back in the day.
We're glad to hear that you had a great tour with an exciting experience at the Dead Sea and found Masada to be fantastic. History can indeed be fascinating, and we appreciate your appreciation.
Dima is a funny guy with a lot of knowledge about the area. He wouldn't leave anyone behind. Very good experience. I recommend this excursion and it was way cheaper compared to the cruise excursions
Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience! Dima's knowledge and humor made the excursion enjoyable, and we're glad you felt well taken care of. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for more adventures.
The trip was super well arranged. We did this trip from our cruise terminal. Here the bus was waiting and waited very neatly until the last Cruise Customer was present. Because of this we left a bit later but is therefore reliable for booking this excursion. There was also contact in advance via the whats app to Let them know they're expecting us. So direct contact was possible, if necessary on the day of departure of the excursion. We had Eli as a guide, and did a great job. Friendly and competent guide who could tell nicely. After he knew it was our son's birthday, he started singing to him and made a connection with him every time during the trip. This made him feel special this day. The excursion was tough. The 4 stars are therefore because of the temperature. It was so hot/hot, 45 degrees, that visiting the Moshad and sweat was a trip up, and floating in the dead sea was a cooking momemt. There was nothing the organization could do about this, of course. But because of this it is spicy and you have to make a conscious choice whether you book this trip above 40 degrees. Incidentally, it is doable, but be well prepared. Rub and drink well with water and clothing against heat and footwear to walk on the sand and in the sea. By the way, you're in a great air conditioning bus. So the cooling in between is very welcome.
We truly appreciate your kind words about Eli, our guide. He is indeed worthy of your praise for his outstanding efforts in making your excursion special and memorable. We understand that the extreme temperature made the excursion challenging, but we appreciate your understanding that it was beyond our control. We agree that it's essential to be well-prepared and hydrated for such conditions. Thank you for choosing us for your excursion, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for more unforgettable adventures!
Great excursion from the cruise port. Michael the guide was waiting for us on arrival and was very knowledgeable and professional while presenting the history of the Dead Sea and Masada National park. Highly recommended!
Really appreciate you sharing your immense satisfaction with Michael. He deserves your praise for his professional efforts.
We had a great time at Masada and the Dead Sea. Benjamin was a great tour guy. The views were amazing. Loved everything about this tour. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, answered our question, and was very entertaining. Would definitely recommend.
Thanks for sharing that you had a great informative and memorable tour experience with Benjamin.
Masada and the Dead Sea were breathtaking. Tour guide was very passionate about the historical aspects of both, which makes a world of difference when it comes to teaching history on the top of a mountain 40c (105f) degree heat. Was more physically demanding than what I expected, but would have been fine if I brought more sunscreen and water. Would recommend.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience of the tour to Masada and the Dead Sea. We're thrilled to hear that you found the locations breathtaking and enjoyed the passionate tour guide who brought the historical aspects to life. Thank you for recommending our tour. We value your feedback and are glad to have exceeded your expectations in terms of historical insights and the tour guide's enthusiasm.
The Dead Sea is a must do in Israel. Masada is rich in history but be prepared for a hike in the heat. Our guide and driver were amazing. We were an hour late due to ship and immigration issues but they waited for us. On the way back to our stop they took us the back way so we could get a different view. Highly recommend!!
So happy you came away with a tour experience that was well worth it and is cherished always. Hope to serve you again in the future.

We are delighted to hear that Ziv provided you with a great and fun tour experience.
We had looked forward to this particular tour forever but try as we might, it just wasn’t to be. Freak thunderstorms near Jerusalem caused flooding. Some of the roads were washout and there were sink holes reported. Our wonderful, knowledgeable guide, Eli Yaal, tried numerous times and ways to get us there. We made it as far as 6 miles away from the Dead Sea on our way to Masada. We could see the Dead Sea but that was as close as we were going to get. The police turned everyone around so Eli took us to Mamshit. It was an amazing archeological site and he was very knowledgeable about it. It was a super interesting tour there. Eli took us Be’er Sheera for lunch and a city walking tour. 99.9 percent of us loved the tour and Eli and we all totally understood why we couldn’t get to Masada or the Dead Sea. We did, unfortunately, have one woman who threw a fit from the moment she found out we couldn’t get there. She almost caused an altercation on the bus returning back to the shuttle to the ship. It is sad when people expect the unattainable. Eli handles everything professionally and the majority of us appreciated his efforts. He is well worth touring with again! Good job, Eli!
We are truly grateful for your feedback and understanding regarding the unforeseen circumstances that affected your tour. Despite the challenging weather conditions and road closures, our dedicated guide, Eli Yaacb, went above and beyond to provide an alternative and enriching experience for you. We appreciate your kind words about Eli's knowledge and his efforts to make the most of the situation.
Our trip was cancelled due to being in a war zone!! We have been unable to communicate with anyone from Tripadvisor about our cancelled trip and a refund!!
We apologize for the cancellation of your tour due to the cruise ship's failure to stop in Israel. Please contact our office directly to discuss your booking refund.
