We did notice the “loss tequila” situation… and we’re currently opening a formal investigation with our onboard “Tequila Recovery Task Force”. Running out of food is simply not acceptable, and I'm sorry the kitchen fell short that evening, that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's not fair to you or your family after paying full price. I want you to know we've already arranged a full refund for your booking. This is being processed through Viator and typically takes 24-48 hours to reflect on your end. We've also set aside complimentary tickets for any of our other activities, should you ever be willing to give us another chance to show you what we're capable of.
