If your driver reaches out to you via Whatup, let him know status of your flight, and where you will be waiting. In our case it took a little longer to get our luggage so we kept him updated

The booking and communication from the drivers was excellent. They were ready for pickup outside, holding a sign with my name. Very easy to find. They were very professional and courteous.

Waited at the airport exit and driver was a no show. I would recommend you get a taxi like I had to do. I hope I could get a full refund.

Our team tried to reach out to you via email prior to your trip to verify your correct destination, but we received no response. Despite the unconfirmed location and lack of communication, our commitment to our clients comes first, so we still dispatched our driver to the airport. Our driver was at the airport exit waiting for you at the scheduled time. While at the terminal, our team urgently tried to contact you multiple times via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, but unfortunately, we never received a reply from your end. We have full digital records and proof of our driver's presence at the airport waiting for your arrival. It is deeply disheartening for our dedicated and professional staff to receive a 1-star review when they went above and beyond—even driving to the airport without a confirmed destination—in a genuine effort to serve you. Thank you so much Omar was amazing ! He was punctual. Helpful very nice. Great customer service. Took us to the market to grab snacks. When we got to the airport he showed us where we could get pupas and showed us where to go to find our terminal after we ate! Thank you so much for your drivers . This was definitely a stress free trip .
