On time. Took our bags and walked us to the Mercedes van. Navigated Rome traffic like a pro. It’s very chaotic in the pickup area at the airport. The company answered my phone call, I told them what I was wearing and the driver found me right away. Great communication.

Massimo was a very flexible and accommodating driver. I had to call the host reservation company to make sure they had the details for the flight and pickup location, because they hadn’t added them to the reservation. The person I spoke with was very responsive and called the driver for me to ensure everything was set.

It was the second time in two years that we used the transfer to the airport. The service is perfect and absolutely reliable. Patrick was always available and always very friendly and courteous, as were all the drivers. For me one of the most beautiful things to start and end the vacation. To drive completely relaxed through the streets of Rome and to see many things. Many thanks to the team. Next year we will book a special sightseeing tour and wine tasting.
