We booked our airport transfer for USD 158 and we were told we will get a luxury van. Two days before our arrival, we got an email from RhomTrip, the local operator that we need to pay an extra USD 42 as there is not enough space to fit 6 people with 7 checkin luggage. I think they should have told us earlier and we felt extorted by this act

They were not there to pick us up when we reached the pick up location . They Started their 60 minute pick up window at the time our flight was to land. No brainer that a customer couldn’t possibly land, taxi to gangway, clear customs, get luggage and walk to meeting place at the same time as you land . They should know to arrive and start their timer at reasonable time after arrival. Tried numerous times to reach them on phone and no answer. We were 20 minutes longer and couldn’t reach them. Beware-if you book them make sure they don’t start their 60 minute clock at the time of your arrival. Impossible to land and be at the meeting place at the sane time. Also it’s Impossible to reach them by phone.

Plan was over 12 Hours Late. Driver was ready and willing to help. we got to where we needed to be with no problem. Driver spook very little English

My first private transfer ever. I was nervous at first but Viator made it very easy to navigate transporting 4-6 people around an unfamiliar city. Used this service multiple times this trip and was never let down.

There was nothing memorable about it, driver never showed. Blame falls on local company. They just didn’t assign a driver.
We are sorry to hear your comments, even though your service has been reimbursed, and the service has been rendered. We received evidence that the driver called him on several occasions and his calls have not been answered.
The driver never showed and never contacted us if he did. Originally I thought the service was great because Milton worked with me regarding significant delays of our arrival time. I provided updates as much and often as I could. He then said the driver would be monitoring the flight and adjust his time accordingly. We arrived at 1:15 am. It took a half hour to deplane and almost an hour to go through the passport check and then more time to find out bags. The driver should have been aware and made adjustments accordingly. When we finally got through all the check points. We looked inside and out for a driver holding my name. No one was there. I contacted Viator as soon as I could - 2:45 am because that was when we learned that the driver was not there. I had my 85 year old mother and her husband with me. We were stuck searching and searching for a way to get to the city. I had to cancel our hotel because at 4 a.m. we were not going to get there in time to use it. Finally we found two drivers to take us to the cruise port where we waited for 8 hours to be able to board the ship. Between your lack of service and American Airlines delays, the beginning of our vacation was ruined. And it was horrifying to watch my poor mother have to stay awake for over 30 hours!

At that same time, the soccer players winners of the FIFA World Cup were arriving at Ezeiza Airport, and nearly 1 million people were waiting for them (the news informed that). The driver got stuck near Ezeiza Airport, a huge traffic jam and a lot of people were on the highway, impossible for the driver to reach the airport on time. It was by force majeure what happened, not our fault. Anyway, still for that, we have made a complete refund of your payment.
