We were met at Heathrow airport after our flight with direct travel to hotel in London. Great service. Friendly driver
The trip was exceptional. After a long tiring flight from the states to the UK, we were greeted by our bright cheerful driver who had to wait for a long while due to our flight being delayed.
My driver was excellent. Right there when I walk out of the gate. Very pleasant n he was very helpful to answer my questions. Ride was very pleasant.
Driver was over an hour late and went to the wrong terminal. We thought we were getting a nicer vehicle too.

My ride was clearly marked with my name spelled correctly while waiting at the terminal entrance for me. My driver, Daniel, conversed with me in a friendly cordial manner keeping my mind at ease while he drove and manoeuvred the busy London city traffic all the while getting me to my hotel destination safely.
This was a last minute booking for my son - arriving in London after the very long trek from Australia. There was a slight mix up and double booking for the transfer. This was communicated really well between Viacom, Mum in Aus and son in London. It was resolved within minutes and my son has asked me to give a 5 star review for the driver that was arranged for him.
