A few friends and I went, and we had a pretty good time. The staff was very friendly; however, it must be mentioned that it is vital to get the speed pass, otherwise, the wait times are extraordinarily long on holidays and in the summer due to the overcrowding of people. VERY IMPORTANT TOO: although it may be obvious, on the highest attraction in the park, the one that has 2 slides, one red and one yellow, when you go down CLOSE YOUR LEGS TIGHTLY, because otherwise, when going down, you can hurt your private parts due to the speed and because it is against the current. THIS ALSO HAPPENS on the attraction that has 4 blue slides in parallel.

We decided to spend a family day at the park. And the truth surprised me a lot. The familiar treatment of the staff as well as its facilities, since it is not that big, there are fewer people. We decided to buy the speed pass and it was worth it. I recommend the park, I give it a nine.

Mega cool place! We were a little skeptical at first but it was all worth it! Time flew so fast the staff was nice and there was very clean! The food was delicious we would 100% come back!

Very disappointing experience at Aquapark Torrevieja. The biggest issue was that the staff did not consistently enforce the park’s safety rules. This made us feel that children who wanted to use the slides on their own were not always properly protected. We also found that communication was difficult if you didn’t speak Spanish. It often felt like our concerns were ignored, and different staff members gave us conflicting information, which wasted a lot of our time without resolving the issue. Another disappointment was the express pass. From what we observed, many guests were able to skip the queue without having one, making the extra cost feel like a waste of money. What frustrated us the most was that when we politely reminded other guests about the rules, we were the ones who were criticized instead of the people who were actually breaking them. Overall, our experience was disorganized and frustrating. We expected a much higher standard of safety, customer service, and rule enforcement. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this water park based on our experience. We are a family of 18 people who have visited Aquapark at least twice every year. Unfortunately, this year’s visit was our last, and we will not be returning.

Park is fantastic however you need to pay for carparking but it was only €6 for the full day.

The amusement park is really cool. With the right size and attractions for both children and adults, my grandson wore me out... but I kept up with him. Without the long lines found in other parks, with a large picnic area, restaurants at very reasonable prices, and large grassy areas with shade. We will definitely repeat this experience.

Everything was great. Except that my autistic son with a disability was not there at that moment to wait in line for the black tube, so his brother waited in line, and since they were not both there, they did not give him the double float. I went to explain the situation, and while talking to the guy (I think his name is Fede), he told me that it is the policy of Acuopolis, not inclusive apparently. A specific incident that greatly displeased me.

We are a family of two adults and two children aged 5 and 8. Although we have been to Torrevieja several times we have never been here when we saw that there have been bad reviews o thought that it was not for us. But today we were there when it was too high waves to swim at the beach. And oh so much fun we had!!! Great, a little smaller water park that suited the children perfectly. I think we were a bit lucky since it’s pre-season so there were not much visitors this day and we barely had to wait 5 minutes for our rides. There were lots of lifeguards who held the scaffolding around the pools and the slides so we felt safe when the kids went swimming. (Maybe a little too strict sometimes..) We skied everything except the rushkanas which were for children / adults > 140cm. We brought a packed lunch so we didn’t try any food, it looked pretty beige/boring. There were burgers, sausages, fries. We brought blanket so we didn’t pay for a seat, sat comfortably in the shade on the grass under a tree. The biggest minus was that the tiles on the floor were boiling hot but with slippers it went well. Recommend to bring type swimming socks that you can ride with.Slippers had to be left below the attractions. Slightly pricy for admission .. but most things are expensive these days regarding children's activities .. I think the experience of this water park is mainly based on the number of visitors for the day. Can imagine that it will be worse experience if there is a long queue at the attractions. We were here all day from opening to closing. We will definitely go there again next year.
