Déjeunez dans un restaurant local (à vos frais) avant de vous rendre dans une plantation de café voisine.
Ensuite, visitez l'église La Merced, qui présente une belle façade de style baroque, et explorez les ruines du monastère de Santo Domingo, qui était autrefois le monastère le plus grand et le plus riche d'Antigua.
Ensuite, redescendez vers la Central Plaza d'Antigua, où vous visiterez l'église de San Francisco, qui abrite le sanctuaire de Pierre de Saint-Joseph Betancur. Découvrez également la célèbre arche de Santa Catalina, construite au 17ème siècle et abritant autrefois le couvent de Santa Catalina.
Vous aurez également le temps de visiter le Museo del Jade (musée du jade), où vous pourrez voir des artisans transformer des pierres en bijoux uniques. Parcourez la galerie de bijoux et admirez ces magnifiques œuvres.

Excellent tour! Tour of Antigua. Super recommended the Service given by Carmen, provides extensive explanations about the places and local life. I was able to taste typical food in a coffee farm that very kindly got her. The tour is quite complete including impressive ancient monasteries, churches, museum and other ancient buildings. I highly recommend the tour of the day.

This was an amazing walking half day tour of Antigua! We learned the history of this beautiful town and we had a great time with our knowledgeable and FUN tour guide. I believe his name was Josue (sp). He was informative and we had a wonderful time!!!! We highly recommend this guide and this tour company!
We went to visit Capuchinas Monastery. You may hire an english speaking guide and it was a very interesting experience. Dress casual with comfortable shoes. Antigua has streets built with stones. Bring your camera and be also prepared to visit the colorful market.

Contacted Lorena in the Guatemalan adventure was she was able to make it up by offering half day tour next day for free. Best customer service from Guatemalan adventure. <p>If you only have one day in Antigua, Guatemala this is a must! Excellent offering from Viator. Definitely provides a wonderful overview of this quaint, historical city. Mirko our guide was friendly, knowledgable and patient with our questions. Wear comfortable shoes as the majority of the city tour involves walking along the cobble stone streets of this fascinating city. The coffee plantation tour was a fantastic end to a wonderful day. Miguel the coffee estate guide was excellent! the overview of the festivals and instruments of the Mayans was an added treat! Highly recommend this tour!!!</p>
<p>Interesting tour. Lunch was good despite the appearance of it. Our tour guide Armando was deaf and did not fully understand English so none of our questions were fully answered. Wish we had a different tour guide.</p>
