Beautiful

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been in my entire life! Our entire family was shocked by the natural beauty of these caves. Our tour guide was incredibly informative and very nice. One thing that I would recommend is proper shoes and water because this is a lot of walking. Such a beautiful experience!

Excellent Tour - Must Do

We had a fabulous time. This tour was one we won't forget and will remain at the top of our recommended to do lists. Ryan picked us up at our hotel and took us directly to see Glen Canyon Dam. Next stop, Upper Antelope Canyon. We joined another guide, Wyatt, and another small group before loading the truck to the entrance. The final stop with Ryan was Horseshoe Bend. Throughout our day, Ryan looked out for our every need. He was very knowledgeable, patient and full of information. Wyatt's tour of Upper Antelope Canyon was over the top. Both Ryan and Wyatt knew the best places to take photos and many times took our family pictures. Their service was outstanding. Do NOT pass this tour up. My daughters, ages 17 and 14, also LOVED this experience. Thank you Ryan and Wyatt!!!!!!

You'll need luck to get on a tour even if you booked a specific time.

The lower antelope canyon is beautiful and the group guide was excellent. Unfortunately, that was not enough to offset the terrible experience before getting on the tour. They made us wait 2 hours before letting us get on the tour even though we had a reservation for a specific time.

Réponse de l'opérateur

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent visit to Lower Antelope Canyon. We sincerely appreciate your compliments regarding the canyon's beauty and the excellent service provided by your group guide. At the same time, we are truly sorry for the extended wait you experienced prior to the tour, especially as you had a confirmed reservation. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and please know that this is not the standard we aim to deliver. We are reviewing our check-in and scheduling processes to prevent such delays in the future. We are glad that the tour itself met your expectations once it began, and we hope the positive aspects of your visit remain memorable. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention—it helps us improve. We would be grateful for the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Best regards

Getting wrong Information/Itinerary from Viator screwed my tour and my money!!!

It was a nightmare experience!! Our tour was cancelled due to the Viator's agent gave us a wrong information about our schedule. I booked for 9:00 AM schedule for 4 people. I few days later I inquired if we can change it to 11:45 AM then I got an email letting me know that there's a $120 charge if we change it to 11:45AM, I emailed them back saying that I don't want to pay. I just keep my 9:00 Am schedule. The day before our tour I got an email saying that our schedule is 11:45AM . I called the Viator toll # asking why it was change I didn't agreed to pay extra. The Viator agent said that's our new schedule and nothing to worry there's no extra charge. When we get there around 10:30 AM , the driver told us that our tour is cancelled because we didn't showed up!! I sent him the screen shot of my new Itinerary stating 11:45AM. He said it's Viator's fault for sending it to us without the 3rd party or the local company acknowledgement. So stressful making phones calls with the local company and Viator company. Our excitement to see the Canyon was ruined. We were so disappointed and the Viator told me that I can't get a refund for the ticket worth $ 788. The local company advise us to take Ken's Tour and we only pay $296.

Would not use this company again

The walk through antelope canyon was good. The company Tosming Navajo was less than expected. If I had known we were going to be picked up and dropped off then wait to be picked up again to go to horseshoe bend I would not have booked this tour. The communication was not clear from the company from the start.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE 9:30 TOUR IF YOU WANT TO SEE ANTELOPE CANYON AT PRIME TIME, WHICH IS NEAR NOON.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE 9:30 TOUR IF YOU WANT TO SEE ANTELOPE CANYON AT PRIME TIME, WHICH IS NEAR NOON. THIS IS WHY THE TOUR RUINED MY ENTIRE TRIP: “Your booking is now confirmed for Antelope Canyon Prime Time Glen Canyon, Horseshoe Bend 4 hour Sightseeing Tour. Thanks again for booking with Tripadvisor” 1)THE 9:3O TOUR IS NOT PRIME TIME. PRIME TIME IS AROUND NOON I made this mistake because I did not read the fine print: it does say that the tour of Upper Antelope Canyon is at 9:10. Because it said it was a 4 hour tour, I thought that it meant the canyon tour was at the end of the 4 hour tour. 2) IT IS NOT A 4 HOUR TOUR; IT IS A 3 HOUR TOUR: It is advertised as a 4 hour tour, but we were actually on a 3 hour tour, as stated by every person doing the actual tour informed us. 3) USING THE TOUR WASTED OUR TIME: We got up a little at 6 a.m. to make sure we had eaten and checked out before we boarded the bus at 8 a.m. We got on the wrong bus, even after I pulled out my e-ticket, which the friver said I didn’t need yet. While waiting for the people at the next hotel (who did not get up early) it was discovered that we were not on the 4 hour trip, we were on the 3 hour trip—even though I showed them the booking receipt. We had to go back to where we started to get on the 3 hour tour bus. 3) I AM DOING YOUR RESEARCH FOR YOU: I did not do my homework. We could have driven to Antelope Canyon from PAGE, AZ in 18 minutes,8 miles from the town. It cost $100 if you buy it from Navajo Tours, $120 for the 11;15 prime time tour. Horseshoe Bend is 8 minutes. 5 miles from town. It costs $10 per vehicle. The Glen Canyon Dam Overlook is free. 4) DO NOT USE A THIRD PARTY Book directly through ANTELOPE CANYON NAVAJO TOURS. (929)691-0244, NAVAJOTOURS.COM, antelopenavajotours@gmail.com My bus driver connected me to an administrator of Navajo Tours who explained to me that, because I booked through a 3rd party, nothing could be done. The Antelope Canyon tour was great, the booking of this tour was a giant mistake on my part.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your recent tour experience. Our price details are disclosed on the page. This includes: Navajo Nation Permit Fee, Navajo Sales Tax and Booking Brokerage Fee. Window prices also need to pay these two fees. We just have an extra Brokerage Fee, but it lets you plan your trip and time better in advance. As is known to all, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip. Best regards
