Angkor Wat est un temple au Cambodge et est le plus grand monument religieux du monde. Construit à l'origine comme un temple hindou dédié au dieu Vishnu pour l'empire khmer par le roi Suryavarman II au XIIe siècle, il a été progressivement transformé en temple bouddhiste et à la fin du siècle ; en tant que tel, il est également décrit comme un "hindou-bouddhiste"
La porte sud d'Angkor Thom est le temple le plus célèbre du parc archéologique d'Angkor et ne doit pas être manquée. Situé à côté de Baksei Chamkrong mais vous pouvez toujours le traverser en voiture ou à pied.
Bayon est un beau temple lié au bouddhisme à Angkor au Cambodge. Construit à la fin du XIIe ou au début du XIIIe siècle comme temple d'État du roi Jayavarman VII. Le Bayon est situé au centre d'Angkor Thom.
Thommanon est l'un des temples hindous construits sous le règne de Suryavarman II à Angkor, au Cambodge. Ce beau petit temple est situé à l'est de la porte d'Angkor Thom et au nord du temple Chau Say Tevoda.
Ta Prohm (temple de la jungle) est le célèbre "Temple du Tomb Raider" utilisé dans le film d'Angelina Jolie. Il y a un arbre étonnant qui pousse au sommet d'un temple. Ne manquez pas ce temple.
Banteay Kdei est un temple bouddhiste à Angkor, au Cambodge. Il est situé au sud-est de Ta Prohm et à l'est d'Angkor Thom. c'est dans le style de l'architecture du Bayon, comme les dessins de Ta Prohm et Preah Khan, mais c'est de plus en plus petit. Les racines des arbres à Banteay Kdei sont absolument massives et elles prennent le contrôle des bâtiments.
Le temple Ta Keo est un temple saisissant de style montagnard dans le complexe d'Angkor, construit à la fin du Xe siècle et au début du XIe siècle sous le règne du roi Jayavarman V. Dédié au dieu hindou Shiva, il est célèbre pour ses massifs blocs de grès et ses murs presque entièrement non décorés, lui donnant un aspect puissant et inachevé. Les visiteurs peuvent gravir les marches raides jusqu'au sommet pour une vue panoramique sur la jungle environnante et les temples d'Angkor à proximité, ce qui en fait une étape préférée des voyageurs amateurs d'aventure.

I had a really good time on this tour. Angkor Wat looked amazing, especially in the morning when it was calm and less crowded. Ta Prohm felt very unique with the big trees around the ruins, giving it a natural and peaceful vibe. The whole trip was well organized and everything went smoothly. This tour turned out to be one of the best parts of my trip. We recently enjoyed a wonderful Angkor Wat tour with our guide Longdy.
