Angkor Wat Bayon et Ta Prohm à quelques pas de la ville antique
Description
Nous allons visiter trois temples principaux dans le petit circuit comme Angkor Wat, le Bayon et le temple Ta Prohm. Cependant, avec cette visite, il y a aussi un autre petit temple si vous avez de l'énergie, nous vous emmenons aussi. Angkor Wat est un immense temple. Il a été construit entre 1113 et 1150 après JC par le roi Suryavarman II et mesure 330 mètres sur 260 mètres. Angkor Wat a trois niveaux avec 5 tours principales. Angkor Wat est devenu le symbole national du Cambodge et se retrouve même sur le drapeau national car il symbolise l'âme du pays. Ensuite, nous allons visiter la ville d'Angkor Thom et nous arrêter à la porte sud de la ville d'Angkor Thom et au temple Bayon, puis continuer vers le temple Baphuon, la terrasse des éléphants, la terrasse du roi lépreux et le palais royal. Ensuite, la dernière visite, nous allons visiter le temple Ta Prohm connu sous le nom de temple Tomb Rider. Enfin, retour à l'hôtel.

Nous allons voir le temple d'Angkor Vat de l'extérieur et à l'intérieur du temple, où l'histoire est apprise par notre guide-expert local. Ce temple est représentatif du Cambodge et se trouve sur son drapeau.
Il a appelé comme Tonle Oum. Cette ville a 5 portes telles que la porte sud, la porte fantôme ou la porte des morts, la porte de la victoire, la porte dei chhnang ou la porte nord et la porte de la mort. Cette ville a 3 kilomètres de chaque côté.
Nous allons voir le temple Bayon de l'extérieur et à l'intérieur du temple, où notre guide-expert local nous apprendra l'histoire. Ce temple est vraiment célèbre avec les visages.
Nous allons voir le temple Ta Prohm de l'extérieur et à l'intérieur du temple et apprendre notre histoire par notre guide local. Ce temple est connu sous le nom de temple de l'arbre.

My tour guide (Dan) was terrific! He was a good storyteller and had a vast knowledge of Cambodian history (both cultural and political) as well as the religions that shaped the building of the temples and the carvings on the walls. He also augmented his discussions with pictures and videos. For instance, one of the relief sculptures on the wall depicted a Hindu battle scene. He showed me a short video of the battle that really helped pull it all together. He encouraged questions and answered everything with the right level of detail. Plenty of cold water and cold towels were available. There a lot of walking and climbing up stairs and uneven stones to step on and over so bring good walking shoes and a lot of energy. We were fortunate that it was reasonably mild weather that morning (85 degrees) so it wasn’t as taxing as it may be in warmer weather. I highly recommend this tour.

It was our first time visiting the temples in Siem Reap and we had an unforgettable experience with Thom.
