We had a fantastic experience on the All-Inclusive Private Day Tour to Mutianyu Great Wall. Our guide Angie was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire day. She made everything easy and enjoyable, giving us interesting information and taking great care of us during the whole tour. A special mention also goes to our driver, John Woo, who was excellent: professional, punctual, and very reliable. We did the guided tour to the Wall with the agency and it was simply amazing. Our guide, Angie, was super attentive and inquisitive: she followed us all the time, explained the history and details of the place very clearly and even took great photos of ours. The agency was punctual from beginning to end, which made all the difference in the enjoyment of the day. The included lunch was very delicious and well complete. To close, we also had a visit to a tea shop, which was a very interesting and different experience. I highly recommend to those who want to know the Wall with peace and good company.
Linda the tour operator communicated with us night prior to our trip, she sent us all the trip info , driver name and car photo. It made us easy the next day to start the trip The next day our driver Selina arrived before time , she was waiting in the lobby with our name card to identify us. The car was very clean , filled with snacks for us on the way. She was excellent driver, made our ride comfortable. She helped is with all the tickets , accompany us to the chairlift ride, entry and all the way up tothe Great Wall. She also got us banana to while a way up just in case we were hungry at the top. As it tool some time for us reach back down at car, the lunch time was over all restaurant were closed. She took us to a restaurant, help us choose a vegetarian dishes, and the food was very delicious (we had Chinese authentic food) . Being an indian we are found traditional Chinese food but the restaurant she she took us was really nice , i enjoyed the dumplings, kung Pao chicken, sticky rice , she also had read tea with her, it was very tasty. Drop us back to the hotel . If you want to enjoy hassle free trip and first time visiting Great Wall. I recommend this booking. It saves you a lot time and effort. I recommend Selina our car driver/tour guide, she is very kind, polite, helpful and lovely person.
Our trip to the Great Wall of China was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We would especially like to thank Linda, who organized our entire tour. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was seamless. Thanks to her outstanding organization, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of the day. Our driver, Davis, picked us up from our hotel exactly on time. He was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. During the drive to the Great Wall, we had a very pleasant conversation, and he shared many interesting facts about Beijing and Chinese culture. When we arrived, we were able to take the cable car without waiting in line, which allowed us to make the most of our visit. We spent nearly three hours exploring one of the world's greatest wonders. The views were breathtaking, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. On our way back, at our request, Davis kindly took us to a silk store, where we could see and purchase high-quality silk clothing, and then to a traditional tea shop. There, we enjoyed a demonstration of the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, which was the perfect ending to an amazing day. If you are looking for excellent organization, outstanding communication, and truly professional service, Linda and her team are the perfect choice. Thank you, Linda, for the flawless planning, and thank you, Davis, for your safe driving, kindness, and hospitality. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Beijing. 5/5 – Absolutely outstanding private tour with Linda! We booked the Beijing Mutianyu Great Wall Private Tour with Options added chair lift and toboggan. It was one of the highlights of our trip to China. From the very first message, Linda was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful with all the details and options. Everything was organized perfectly. Linda our driver/guide arrived right on time at our hotel, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole day felt relaxed and private no rushing, just exactly what we wanted. Mutianyu itself was stunning (far less crowded than we expected), and having the flexibility with the options made a big difference. We had plenty of time to walk the wall, take photos, and enjoy the views at our own pace. Linda made the logistics completely stress-free. Communication was excellent before and during the tour, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. Easy pickup at the hotel, and we had freedom to make adjustments to the pickup time the night before once we checked the breakfast time at our hotel. Our driver and guide was super kind, drove well and guided us to the top of the wall, explaining all that is available, a bit of the history and left us with a lot of time to explore on our own. This booking doesn't include the trip up&down the wall, but he helped us decide and organized the tickets for us so they were ready when we arrived. The trip from Beijing took about 70 minutes in a very comfortable car.
