Alhambra : Visite guidée complète avec billets Nasrid Palaces

It is amazing, it is an breathtaking experience. Our tour guide was David who was incredible and very knowledgeable on the history of these marvelous monuments. Thank you again David for taking us throughout the past and explain everything during the 3.5 hours.

The tour of the Alhambra with our guide Antonio was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the three hours with his detailed explanations, anecdotes, and curiosities. He gives you your time to take photos. Great experience.

We had the opportunity to count on Luis as a guide to the visit to the Alhambra that I made with my family on April 6. He visited us in English. He was very pleasant and told many anecdotes. He answered all our questions without any problems. We're out of time pretty quickly. It was a great experience.

I had booked a guided tour with CIVITATIS of the Alhambra and the Nasrid Palaces with tickets paid for more than 1 month and the visit was for 23/03/26, the day before they sent me an email to tell me "Text Words" by the Alhambra, they have undertaken a change in the confirmation of tickets which, unfortunately, has affected your reservation, it is not possible to confirm the tour on tomorrow's date, and they return my money. Not satisfied with that, on the other hand the company that makes the tours "Granada a Pie" contacts me and tells me to come there on the day of the reservation, with money and make the reservation effective and be able to make the tour, which is my surprise that I look at reviews and they are nefarious, of course I did not go. Advised by hotel staff that I stay to make the reservation directly from the Alhambra page for the next one, so as not to have surprises. I hope it's good for someone not to feel cheated as he subscribes.

Do not miss it, it is unique and excellent, the guide extraordinary and super friendly, THANK YOU.

The overall tour was excellent & value for money. While you could do the tour on your own the information provided by the guide was very good. We did the 3hr tour which was very comprehensive. At the end of the tour, we were left to explore more of the grounds which was good. There is a beautiful restaurant/cafe within the grounds, suggest going there to relax and have a drink while soaking up the surroundings, nice way to finish the tour. Only issue with the tour is that they say that your your guide will be with an orange umbrella near the entrance. Well, there are many tours with the same orange umbrella waiting outside the entrance !!!! It would be a good idea to have a board with the local operator's name so it is easy to locate your group. We had aimed to get there 20 minutes before start time but we did not anticipate the bus strike nor did we anticipate our taxi driver taking the longest possible route to get to the Alhambra. When we got there, it did not help that there were multiple orange umbrellas adding to our anxiety that we were going to miss the tour. Luckily, we had called the tour operator that morning since our tickets had not been issued, which was another issue. But the tour operator called the hotel to check if we were coming and the hotel called us. Overall it was a worthwhile tour.

The young lady was cheerful nd very knowledgeable about history. She explain us everything in an easy way. Her name is Cynthia. Adorable guide tour and very patient. We enjoy the tour very much. We highly recommend it.
