Vivez une expérience authentique dans le nord-ouest de la Sardaigne avec une visite guidée d'une cave située à quelques kilomètres d'Alghero. La visite commence par une agréable promenade parmi les vignobles, immergés dans le paysage naturel pittoresque du parc Porto Conte, un cadre qui reflète l'harmonie entre le territoire, le climat et la qualité du vin. La visite se poursuit à l'intérieur de la cave, où vous pourrez découvrir les techniques de vinification, avec la cave à fûts dédiée à l'élevage et la salle d'embouteillage. L'expérience se conclut par une dégustation guidée de cinq vins de la cave. Chaque dégustation est accompagnée d'une sélection de produits typiquement sardes tels que le pain carasau, la saucisse, le pecorino et les fromages et olives au lait de vache, conçus pour améliorer l'équilibre entre les arômes et les saveurs. A small winery with almost 100 years of history behind it from the co-owners great grandfather’s arrival in Alghero. Martina was our guide and she grew up growing grapes and making wine. The wine was delicious as well as the the food paired with it.

Going into the tasting, there weren’t any reviews online, so we definitely took a risk. Considering it was the off season, and it wasn’t particularly sunny nor blooming in the vineyard, we, alongside our guide, persisted. We were given a quick yet solid tour of the grounds. It was obvious the owner had a dedication and particular care to his inherited craft, yet the experience was overly simplified and probably not worth the cost. The wine, however, was very good (although beware that the 5 glasses of wine is actually around 3 glasses). We particularly enjoyed the rose and the vermentino. The accompanying food was also a delicate touch of other local delicacies. Overall, solid experience for what it was, but be mindful of the shortcomings.
