Worst experience ever. Nightmare. Weird Guides. I payed for two full tickets for Alhambra Palace but the ticket were never issued to me. This caused me so much stress especially as i was relying for my travel plan. I Would need recommend this agency. Please be cautions to not pay any money to them.

I had a very frustrating experience with this operator. I requested a simple date swap well in advance, but instead of handling it properly, they repeatedly changed times, sent conflicting confirmations, and ignored my clearly stated availability. Despite informing them that I was not available on March 21 due to travel, the tour was scheduled on that day anyway, making it impossible for me to attend. The entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed, and when I reached out for help, the response was dismissive with no accountability. I ended up missing the tour entirely due to their handling. Would not recommend.
Two months ago I had the reservation made for a freetour and OWAY TOURS two days before I wanted to charge 88 euros and cancels it. Incompetent people who just want money.
Very good tour of a beautiful site. Sign up and meet up were easy and convenient. Tour was interesting. The guide was knowledgeable and approachable. The only issue was that it was difficult to understand him through the audio system.
Guide Girl was clear and sweet all the times… She knew a lot about the Royal Alcazar… always reminded to walk with care and was attentive if we got lost , ONE WORD. Excellent
Not much to see here. If you’ve seen Alhambra, don’t waste your time. Guide was heavily accented and very difficult to understand.
The only reason I am giving one star is because this company is not accommodating of visitors. I made a mistake and booked travel in Spanish - (my mistake was to read “Available in English”) but on next page it was Spanish tour. I realized within 1 minute of booking and contacted tour operation and they do not respond to you via Viator and also Viator was not helpful in refunding or even changing the date or time for an English tour. It was waste of money but it did get us in.

There is a general office number on the booking form and if there is a space in the desired language within a reasonable time we do not mind changing the booking, as long as the tickets to the monuments are not bought or the groups are not full. Worth the extra money to have a small group tour. The amount of information shared was over the top. Cool to understand the significance behind how things were designed and built
We took the English tour. Jose was our guide. He did an awesome job of explaining each and every aspect of Alcazar very beautifully. He made it lively. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them.
Missed the tour after going round in circles trying to find ticket redemption spot and pick up point. So bloody confusing.

But there were other bookings on the same platform that arrived at the meeting point correctly. We called them so we could locate them and guide them to the meeting point, but they told us they would arrive later than the 5 minute courtesy time we allow on all our tours.
