Alpha was an absolutely wonderful guide! Even with the rain, he made our Stone Town and Spice Farm tour fun, engaging, and incredibly educational. His knowledge of Zanzibar’s history and culture brought everything to life, and his warm personality made the entire experience feel relaxed and personal. And an unexpected bonus—Alpha takes amazing pictures! 😂 He knew exactly where to stop and captured some beautiful memories for me along the way. Rain or shine, Alpha made sure the day was special. Clean mini van. On time pickup for a ride from the Hanaia House (that's a different story) to the Abeid Amani Karine International Airport in Zanzibar.
The service was seamless from the initial contact. The team was very responsive and friendly. Our guide was warm and friendly and quite knowledgeable about the history of Zanzibar. Overall, they made our trip extremely memorable.
If you're going to Zanzibar, you HAVE to book with Coastline Tours and Travel! 1000/10 experience. Mo is a master planner who was always there when we needed him and always answer every question that I had. He always made sure we were good and never needed anything. Our driver Hamza kept us laughing and was always on time, and our guide Othman was so knowledgeable and made us feel so safe (huge for non-swimmers!). Eddy captured the most breathtaking photos and videos that we will cherish forever. They started as our guides, but they ended the trip as family. Excellent service at a reasonable cost - Before my trip the company messaged me on WhatsApp tp confirm the booking which was great because then I had a point of contact. The driver was friendly and professional, the vehicle was in good condition. Everything worked as I hoped it would and was hassle free.
Great experience, driver was on time and friendly. He also shared a lot of information about the island and its geography, culture, history. Will use the service again next time!
Driver arrived over an hour late and only after I called the company. obtaining cell service or WiFi in the airport was difficult. The driver was polite and apologized and the vehicle a very nice van. In the end being stranded for over an hour in a foreign airport is not why you prepay for the service
It was a very smooth drive. The driver is a very nice person and also, the manager of these company is nice and understanding. Overall experience was great.
We used this company for our transfers to and from the airport - both were at odd hours. Didn’t have any issues- driver was on time and very kind.
Could not find driver so after 45 minutes got another ride. Not clear in mixup however they did refund our money. Thank you for quickly refunding.
