Nous viendrons vous chercher où que vous soyez ! Un hôtel, un B&B, un Air B&B, même vous ou la maison de votre ami ! *Les clients doivent fournir un lieu de prise en charge (adresse complète)* La prise en charge a lieu entre 12h00 et 12h30 pour les chutes du Niagara et entre 12h30 et 13h00 pour les emplacements de Niagara-On-The-Lake. Les horaires peuvent varier en fonction de la prise en charge des autres clients et des conditions routières. Votre heure de prise en charge plus précise vous sera communiquée après 18h00, la veille de votre visite. Les ramassages doivent avoir lieu à Niagara Falls et/ou à Niagara-On-The-Lake ! This tour was incredibly underwhelming. It was a glorified shuttle service between 3 different wineries. Only the 1st winery included a charcuterie. The second and third were a whirlwind of underwhelming wines, quick pours and getting moved through the assembly line. We did not have a beer stop. Not sure exactly what you are paying for with this package. Would have been better off organizing ubers and self- selecting wineries. Save your $$$.
Matthew, while we can appreciate the perspective of a guest, we do not appreciate the outright rudeness and unsubstantiated claims that you put forward as fact. We are happy to discuss and do our best to rectify any subjective experiences, but the objective claims you have made are categorically false. You can inform us of your opinion, but to belittle the work we did from the planning to the tour itself and our partnered wineries is entirely rude. I would suggest some more decorum next time you want to make your thoughts known. This may be your perception, but the reality is hours of work went into your tour, and you would not have been able to create an experience anywhere close for yourselves in terms of value. When it comes to the experiences, you had everything booked and planned for you, including a professional and knowledgable tour guide who contributed valuable knowledge and ensured to take care of your throughout the day. If you recall we even re-worked the pickup schedule the morning of to accomodate you being late for your scheduled pick-up. As for the pricing, while that may be your subjective opinion, we have spent years accumulating information on actual pricing and costs in order to objectively calculate the best competitive price in the region for the tour services and value that we offer. When it comes to wine tastings, it is always subjective, but to classify them as objectively poor instead of not in your taste is entirely unfair to the wineries. Everyone prefers different wines, and if you somehow enjoyed none throughout the entire day, that is an extreme outlier we would have had no way of knowing in advance, and you would not have been able to avoid for yourselves either. I do also want to highlight that on the day of your tour, the vast majority of Niagara-On-The-Lake experienced major flooding that the wineries and staff were dealing with both personally and professionally. So while the experiences were still as good as possible, a lot of resources had to be redirected to dealing with the floods. The very same floods that you claimed made you late. To allow yourselves the grace to be late on that day due to the floods but, not extend that same grace to the wineries is hypocritical. As clearly stated in the tour description, the charcuterie pairing is done at 1 of the wineries and different experiences at the other two. I also want to mention that while you have reviewed our afternoon tour experience, you did not book that tour. You booked our morning full-day tour, which is all wineries. You were never set to visit a brewery to begin with and, had you taken the time to read what you were booking or your confirmation or any number of updates leading up to your tour, you would have been aware of this. As evident from your review, I would encourage you to take the time to read the details of any experience you are booking, as it seems like you failed to do so in this case. Everything is clearly stated, and we always meet expectations when you take the time to read what to expect. It is unfortunate you feel this way, but, luckily, as you will see from the hundreds of 5-star reviews, over 99% of people who took the time to read, disagree with you and your review.
This was our first ever wine tour! We selected it because it also had a beer stop. We really enjoyed getting picked up and dropped off right at our hotel. Our favorite was the brewery stop at Oast - great beer and very knowledgeable and friendly hostess! Nest stop, Pillitteri felt very rushed - I don't think the hostess knew how much time we had... The wine was good. Our last stop was at Konzelmann where we had the yummu charcuterie board with our wine. The cherry on top ;) for this trip was our excellent guide, Kevin. He was a pleasure!

Loved everything about this tour! Our driver was incredible and very knowledgeable about the area! Oast House was our favourite and the two wineries were lovely as well. I strongly recommend this tour!
