After Dark Tasmanian Devil Feeding Tour à Cradle Mountain

Description

This was my 2nd time visiting the Devils at Cradle and throughly enjoyed the experience. It is fantastic to hear the history of the Tassie Devil & Quols. Would highly recommend if staying at Cradle Mountain.
Loved the experience. Staff were great and the Devils and Quolls were amazing!
Fantastic experience Extremely knowledgeable guide Up close experience with the devils xxx
A fantastic experience! Incredibly informative and interesting. Our host Rory was amazingly knowledgeable and gave a very educational and fascinating talk on all the animals. Despite rain and cold we thoroughly enjoyed hr experience and was an awesome chance to see these animals up a bit closer and more active than usual!
Such a fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cradle Mountain - it's really a must. The guide was great, really informative and entertaining.
Facility very impressive in focus on conservation of endangered species and ensuring genetic diversity. guide extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions thrown at her (in the cold and the rain!) the animals are not way in the distance and are able to be photographed up pretty close. The feeding frenzy was quite hilarious!!
This is a must if you are on Cradle Mountain or in the area. Not only does the centre do amazing conservation for the animals, it provides an amazing experience. The keepers are friendly and knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the feeding. Also very pleased to have been able to go round the centre at our own pace beforehand too.
Our 5:30pm Feeding Tour at Devils @ Cradle was, by far, beyond anything we expected. Our guide, Prue, was absolutely fantastic funny, kind, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. In just 1.5 hours, we learnt so much about Tasmanian devils, from their eating and mating habits to the challenges they face both in the sanctuary and in the wild. We also loved learning about the quolls. We had heard of them before, but Prue taught us so much about their diet, life expectancy, behaviours, and the important role they play in Tasmania's ecosystem. It was inspiring to see the passion and dedication of everyone at Devils @ Cradle. The work you're doing to protect these incredible animals and make a real difference is truly amazing. Thank you for all the effort you put in every single day, and thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion with us. We feel so lucky to have experienced this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tasmania. It was informative, memorable, and an absolute highlight of our trip.
An absolutely wonderful tour from people who obviously care for the Devils. Loved every minute of the tour
Absolutely loved my experience. While not big, there are many enclosures you can visit , and guaranteed to see devils at their 'best'. I joined an evening feeding tour, and the lady was so passionate about animals and conservation, you can see the animals adore her. And she braved the rain and snow to explain things to us, and answer questions. And there is a lovely gift shop with many Aussie/Tassie made products! Definitely worth your time!
