Itinéraire
Atikilt tera – Le plus grand marché de légumes et de fruits d'Addis-Abeba situé entre les deux plus grandes zones de marché, Piazza et Merkato.
Les circuits gastronomiques sont concentrés dans un seul quartier où l’on se promène entre chaque arrêt. Au total, nous passons environ 45 à 60 minutes à pied. La visite dure environ quatre heures et nous continuerons à vous fournir de la nourriture et de la bière pour que vous repartiez heureux et rassasié. Ce qui est inclu? Défi de pâtisserie injera – Oserez-vous cuisiner parfaitement l'injera ? Un groupe de femmes expertes vous attendra Nourriture dans deux restaurants (hôtel Taitu, boucherie Kebede Gebere Welde) Jus de fruits frais, bières et boissons gazeuses à volonté.

The food and coffee tour was absolutely AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my tour. And my tour guide, Oli, played a major role! I found Oli to be full of information, "all things Ethiopia", so much so, I literally hurried back to my hotel room to record all that I had learned. I was taught and participated in the process of making injera. And learned that I will not be getting married anytime soon! You will understand when you attend. :) I was taught and participated in the process of the coffee ceremony which I found to be a beautiful way of bringing community together. We then went to two restaurants and ate and drank until we couldn't. Both restaurants were amazing. The first one was owned by a woman who happened to be there AND greeted and welcomed me which I thought was very kind of her. So, needless to say, I would most definitely recommend this tour. I've already booked my city tour with Oli on tomorrow, can't wait!
