Explorez les collines du Prosecco avec nous, Giulia et Carlo. Participez à la première visite de la région de Prosecco Hills, la meilleure revue, en visitant deux caves conviviales avec de délicieuses dégustations de vin et notre restaurant familial, pour une expérience gastronomique et des souvenirs d'une vie! Nous sommes un petit prestataire local et très qualifié avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du voyage, nous sommes basés sur les collines de l'UNESCO Prosecco et connaissons tous les coins de la région de la Vénétie. Nous aimons profondément notre terre et ses habitants!

Itinéraire
Le matin, nous visiterons une cave entourée des plus beaux paysages, où nous découvrirons les secrets de la vinification du Prosecco et dégusterons un peu de ce vin mousseux renommé (4 dégustations de vins)
Ensuite, nous admirerons l'un des plus beaux points de vue sur les collines du Prosecco et prendrons de belles photos. Il peut être soit le site antique d'un Château ou soit une Osteria locale cachée parmi les collines
Ensuite, nous dégusterons un déjeuner traditionnel dans notre Osteria familiale, où les plats sont préparés selon les recettes de notre grand-mère, et où la viande emblématique "spiedo" cuit lentement sur un feu ouvert! Nous terminerons avec les desserts faits maison de notre frère, qui offriront une fin sucrée à notre délicieux repas de quatre services! Dans le cas où l'osteria familiale est fermée, nous vous amenons à un autre restaurant de philosophie de très haute qualité et similaire appartenant à nos amis
Notre aventure se poursuit alors que nous visitons une deuxième cave, où nos amis produisent des vins DOCG Prosecco de haute qualité élaborés avec passion à partir de variétés de vigne anciennes (4 dégustations de vins)

We added this Prosecco Hills experience to the end of our Italian Sojourn cruise, and it was the highlight of our entire trip! Carlo, our guide, was exceptional. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the region's winemakers, the winemaking process, and the wines themselves made the experience both educational and entertaining. He shared his expertise with genuine passion, making every moment informative, engaging, and fun. The warm hospitality extended by Carlo and the winery hosts was second to none. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and thoroughly pampered. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of the Prosecco Hills and the outstanding wines. Overall a wonderful day! Carlo was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about the region. The meal was delicious and the setting was beautiful. I highly recommend! We had a solo traveler, my family and a couple who thoroughly enjoyed the day and felt like friends because of our guide and the experience!

A beautiful experience. Our guild was Georgia and she was an amazing guild. She was very friendly and felt less like a tour guild anf more like a friend showing us the area. The winery’s we visited were amazing and have great stories. The food we had was great. Overall 10/10 would recommend, especially Georgia. This wad my first solo travel ever and she made it feel very easy to be social.
Wonderful experience with beautiful views of the countryside. Prosecco was very good with good explanation on the differences of various Prosecco types. Lunch was awesome and your guide was excellent. Maybe my favorite tour of all time!! Highly recommend.
Carlo is truly one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. Kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Tour includes enough prosecco samples to fill the Venice Laguna. Highly highly recommend.
Beautiful views. Great guide. We learned a lot about Prosecco and enjoyed tasting several different types. If you think you might buy a bottle or two make sure to leave room in your checked bag--shipping is expensive and you have to buy at least 6 bottles to ship. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the family restaurant mentioned but the food was still good. Overall worth it.
This was one of the highlights of our trip! The wineries were beautiful, the Prosecco was delicious, and lunch at the authentic local restaurant was outstanding. Everything was well organized, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. It was such a relaxing and memorable day in the Prosecco Hills. I would definitely recommend this tour!
