I had one of the easiest airport transfers from my hotel to MBJ airport with Bernard. Even before the trip the company was very responsive to my questions about pick up. Bernard arrived before the pick up time and we had great conversations on the ride to the airport.

Great transport. Trip from airport to hotel was easy- the wait was a bit long as the rest of the passengers arrived and collected their bags , the trip from hotel to airport was a bit more private and much faster route and less time on road stopping off at hotels All and all reliable and organized outfit !

Arrived at Montego airport and went to the “holiday services” help desk as instructed. We were told someone would be waiting there to help us. Showed up and no one was there. Called and messaged the operator numerous times and no response. Finally a woman with a poor attitude showed up 30 min later to confirm our booking and said “Ok now wait outside we will leave in 30 min”. So we ultimately had to wait an hour before we were on the road and were treated like a nuisance

Kristine is a very nice young lady that knew what she was doing very polite and she made sure that she got down our return back to airport to make sure we had Transportation to and From hotel very professional. She needs a raise.
