the driver was on time and very nice then he drove well. He only spoke Spanish. We still understood each other in English cat he uses a translator on his smart phone. the vehicle was clean. However, you must have WhatsApp because in previous days it communicates with you in this way. You will have to confirm the pickup time the day before or 2 days earlier because at the time of booking, it was not possible. System problem.

Driver was supposed to meet us when the plane landed. He texted us on landing and said he was outside. We retrieved our bags and asked where to meet and then he told us he was 20 minutes away! Over thirty minutes later he showed up. It would have been faster and cheaper to take an Uber/Taxi.

Don’t get a taxi from the airport use Uber as it costs about 1/3 of the official taxis. The guy I who took us tried to charge me 80 USD and then when I tried said ah okay sorry it’s only 50. The car was falling apart and he was pretty rude
