Dear Kiwi Horizons Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible service we received from Umesh on the evening of 21 April. Our flight into Christchurch was delayed and we arrived much later than expected, tired and soaking wet. Umesh patiently waited for us without any complaint and kindly took us to our motel—only for us to discover it was completely closed, despite having pre-arranged a late check-in. What happened next truly went above and beyond. Umesh stayed with us, helped phone around nearby hotels, found us alternative accommodation, drove us there, and waited to make sure we were checked in safely. He even arranged a transfer for us the next morning to catch our train. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. He was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation. He is an absolute credit to your team, and we’re so grateful for everything he did. Please do pass on our thanks again to Umesh—he was a godsend!

Very efficient and enjoyable taxi ride from Airport to the city . The driver arrived on time, was very friendly and helpful with our baggage, offered us chilled water next to our seats in the back, and we enjoyed a lovely conversation with him on our journey.
