NEVER GO TO THIS LOUNGE THEY ARE RUDE AGGRESSIVE PIRATES!! This ticket to the IGA Istanbul lounge was bought for my girlfriend on the ViaTour website, a solid respected global provider. however when she waited in line showed the scannable ticket they refused and yelled at her to get out the line that what she showed was no good and that it could only be via the "Application". Well, we had no applicaiton as we bought it on the ViaTour website. Then when she waited in line I asked to speak to them they again yelled at her and refused to speak to me, kicking her out of the line. Shocking. She was crying. Then I tried contacting the IGA "help line" but it was a useless robot. Then tried their Whatsapp phone and their direct phone but calls are not accepted, specifically blocked. then she download the Viatour App and waited in line - but AGAIN they looked at it and yelled at her that her own name was wrong (it was not). Then I called the provider of the ticket (thru Viatour) and they made calls and they verified that her name was indeed correct so my girlfriend waited in line again but they AGAIN refused her entry wrongly yelling that her name was wrong and to immediately LEAVE! TRULY THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! OMG. Insanely aggressive and nasty staff clearly told to behave this way by IGA management. SHAME ON THEM!
Just don’t! I read the reviews but was still stubborn thinking it wouldn’t be that bad. It was horrible, not worth the money at all. Please don’t be like me, this lounge is a scam!

A bit outdated, poor food and drink choices. Not a Premium lounge but they charge Premium prices, only meat option in the buffet was cheap chicken sausages in a tomato sauce which tasted awful. The food in the "hot buffet" was cold.No variety. The leather on some of the chairs was very worn and some were ripped. Wouldn't go there again. Have been to Airport Lounges all over the world and this was probably one of the worst.

Experience at IGA lounge was good. Food spread was good . The lounge was very crowded and hence getting a seat took s little time.

Received QR code in the email and WhatsApp before my trip. Checking into the lounge was fast and easy. The lounge was huge and clean. There was plenty of food and drinks. Definitely recommend.

Expedia had a fault on their app which led to the IGA Istanbul Lounge being confirmed 2 weeks earlier than the chosen date. I was very upset. After 15 minutes on a faulty Livechat,I then had a 45 minute conversation with an agent and his Manager. Both had Malaysian accents but insisted they were in the USA. All this happened just after midnight. I went to sleep with a heavy heart and a lot of distress. I awoke to an email from Expedia's Carmen B and she simply told me the voucher is non refundable. She also lied that she had contacted Trippest to advocate for me. Such poor service and lies,has led me to delete my Expedia account after 10 years. But the reason for this review,is not what Expedia did wrong. It is about what Ms Heidi from Trippest did to put things right ! Her warm caring service began immediately and she kept in touch whilst the issue got resolved. She was nothing less than polite,professional,kind,caring,courteous and focussed on making things right. Ms Heidi,Trippest are extremely lucky to have you as an Ambassador. I wish you every happiness,peace and progress in life. Poor man’s lounge… 10 hours prior, I used ambassador lounge in Changi airport for $34. IGA lounge ($64) quality is so bad that I felt like scammed. Dirty/smelly and limited shower with the worst plastic towel plus heavy traffics with so many people going crazy around buffet… Probably better to spend a little more and get a private room or sleeppod

Space small and crowded, very few armchairs. Buffet acceptable. Pictures do not tell the truth of the lounge.

Decent lounge, service was excellent but everything else was a little above mid. Great drink selections, food was OK, showers were nice, no real place to lay out but plenty of seating.
