De là, vous serez conduit à votre hôtel. - Si vous êtes conduit de votre hôtel à l'aéroport EZE, notre chauffeur viendra vous chercher dans le hall de votre hôtel à l'heure demandée.

Renzo is the best. My flight was delayed so I arrived late evening but nothing was a problem for him. Also great to chat to about life in Buenos Aires. You couldn't get a better driver. Thank you Renzo!
The driver was very nice and good conversationalist. The ride was very long due to traffic and construction. I was expecting to be met though, and that was the bad part. Instead of being met by the driver with a sign with my name on it, I got a message telling the next place to go. McDonald's. That's fine, because there were many drivers there with signs. The wheelchair attendant left me there with all my bags. Then I got a message to go outside and look for a sign. That was very difficult for me. Then I waited 10 minutes. Uber would have been faster. When I pay extra for this service to be met by my driver, I expect this service, not Uber. But as I said, the driver was very nice and safe. The ride would have been very boring without him and he knew some shortcuts and pointed out historical points of interest along the way.

This was our second ride with Renzo, and he’s a fabulous driver! Punctual, great communication via WhatsApp, and is an excellent conversationalist (in English) on the hour-long ride from EZE into Buenos Aires (or the reverse). Don’t hesitate to book!

100% recommend Renzo. We used his service to transfer us from EZE Airport to our Buenos Aires hotel. He was in communication with us by wassapp following the booking, a couple of days before and then on the day to ensure all went smoothly. Polite, friendly and helpful. Everything about this transfer was incredible! Communication with owner, Tracy (To Be in Buenos Aires), began within minutes of booking. We were given driver's name (Renzo) and WhatsApp info. Renzo contacted us the day before we traveled to give us detailed instructions about pick-up at EZE. After EZE arrival, he was in constant contact about where we needed to go. There was zero stress about what we needed to do in a country/city we have never been to. He was so warm and friendly that it felt like a long-lost friend was picking us up. His English was excellent and gave helpful info and suggestions about our stay. If we could have used him the entire trip, we would have. Make your vacation amazing. Renzo was on time, guided me step by step thru a very busy airport to our pickup. He was knowledgeable about Buenos Aires. He was courteous and his English excellent. I highly recommend him if you need a driver in Buenos Aires.. from the airport, to the airport or even about the city
