Absolutely disgusting. Called at 2pm for a delay for 2:03pm bus to calgary. Said bus is 20 mins away. 50 mins, they said they are unable to confirm when the bus is arriving. Zero empathy and adjustment to travellers need. I have a newborn travelling with me as well. I am in tears currently typing this. Customer service is shocking and unhelpful. If you want to travel home, pick a company that's reliable, definitely not A Bestx Further update We got on the bus at. 3 40pm. The driver could not speak English at all. He spoke Spanish all the way. through. There was a massive crack on the wind screen. Seats were filthy. If I travel on my own with my newborn son, the cost of booking of taxi would be 3-4 Times higher than the coach, if the company is not paying for the taxi fare, how would it be viable. For customer to make a higher cost of travel at the best last minute? You are offering alternatives that I cannot claim from my insurance too. To keep an open mind, lets not go with this carrier again to avoid stress and disappointment. Stop insulting your customers and provide reliable transfers that starts from Banff. Any traffic delay from calgary must not be used as a reason for delays. The last minute update is unhelpful for customers to reschedule their transport arrangements. You called me 3mins before the departure time. Just to make a note.

At the time, the driver’s estimated arrival was approximately 20 minutes; however, a major accident on the highway caused by severe snow and near-zero visibility due to the weather conditions resulted in a road closure. Unfortunately, this situation was completely beyond our control but we did our best to pick you as soon as we can. You may also verify the road and weather conditions online for March 8, 2026, particularly on the route between Banff and Calgary, where heavy snow and poor visibility significantly impacted travel and caused hazardous driving conditions. Unfortunately, this situation was completely beyond our control. As an alternative, we gave you an option to book a cab or other shuttle services in the area and we can provide you a full refund for the inconvenience. Other passengers who were in the same situation managed to take a cab instead. We do prioritize everyone’s safety and that is why we try our best to offer you alternative options. You would definitely see and understand the situation as you pass by the same road where there is barely no movement in traffic at the time. Also please note that all of our drivers are English speakers, and most of them are bilingual. On a positive note, we’re glad you made it to your destination safely. We hope you will keep an open mind, and please know that we’ll always be here

Bit of a different review, but this company has offered me the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. They are priced reasonably, but they responded to my emails and inquiries in such a genuine and accomodating way! My trip was starting to look really stressful given repeated airplane delays, but the workers put in effort to help me find solutions and offered such kindness in the process. It really eased the anxiety I was feeling about getting there incredibly late. It was a rare occurrence where I felt like I was treated like a human with genuine care by customer service agents. It's such a rare thing to feel nowadays! Couldn't compliment them enough. Will def book with them on any future visits.
