The airport pickup was great—very easy, comfortable, and with plenty of space for our luggage. Everything went smoothly on arrival. However, when I tried to book the return trip, I was disappointed that only specific pickup locations were available. Because of that limitation, I ended up booking an Uber for the way back. Overall, a great airport transfer, but the return booking options could be more flexible.

I saw the low star rating of this service provider and decided to risk it because the price was lower. Bad decision. Don't do it! The issue is *zero communication* and *zero customer service*. I initiated the problem by making a mistake. I booked an airport pick-up for "2.15" without specifying AM or PM. Here's where customer service should have taken over. The Viator confirmation gave a date with *no time*. I was supposed to receive details 6 hours before the pick-up -- useless for a flight from North America! In any case, there was no communication at all. I messaged from the Toronto airport to say my flight was on time -- and at that point heard from Viator that I had been booked for a 2.15AM pick-up. For clarity, when I learned about the mistake it was already AFTER 2:15AM IN VIENNA. The six-hour advance communication was never sent. Viator assisted by providing the phone number of the car service. I frantically WhatsApp'ed them, multiple messages -- NO REPLY. Why not? Plus -- I had provided my flight details when I booked. Why didn't the service provider confirm? This should be standard for airport pick-ups, at least so that the driver doesn't have to wait hours if there's a flight delay. I saw the poor reviews from others -- and a couple of good reviews too. Just know that if you decide to use this service, you're rolling the dice. They'll happily take your $$$!

Driver was punctual, courteous, and very pleasant. The car was clean and comfortable. He helped us with our bags.

Although I had a confirmation number, there was no one to pick us up at the airport. When I finally got through to customer service they said I wasn’t confirmed in the system. We had to find our own means of transportation.

Paid and confirmed but ultimately never came. Told me (when I contacted them after arriving and did not hear from them) about missing information - though they did not contact me ahead of time. Wanted a van as I was traveling with a large group. Found out that booking an uber van was cheaper and more convenient.

Excellent car transfer service with knowledgeable driver about Vienna. Well trained driver and the vehicle clean with waters offered to passengers. Would recommend.

I had tried to find out where driver was and if he would have a sign. I didn’t see him coming out of baggage and when I called him again he was yelling at me that becuse I was late he was going to pick up another fare. I wasn’t late. I provides flight info and it is implied that it takes time to deplane, I have to get luggage and come out.He wasn’t explicit at the start where I would find him. And he continued to scold me when we did finally find him and raced ahead of us towards his car and we had to walk w teeny fast to keep up with him . He took my bag but not my companion and she walks slower so it was very rude. He could have rolled two bags easily but chose not to. I found it a very unpleasant way to come to a vacation. I would not use Viator in Austria again for an airport pick up.
