The driver did a nice job...
The driver did a nice job transporting us from our hotel to the airport. What was disappointing was that he didn’t speak a word to us the entire ride, which was rather awkward. Maybe he was shy or trying to be respectful, but we generally have drivers who chat at least a little bit. We aren’t expecting a full conversation the whole time, but at least some friendly exchanges.
Réponse de l'opérateur
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased that the transfer to the airport went smoothly, but we’re sorry that the lack of communication made the journey feel awkward. While our chauffeurs respect each passenger’s privacy, a warm greeting and friendly interaction are also important parts of our service. We have shared your comments with our team and will reinforce this with our drivers. We hope to welcome you again for a more personable experience.
Best regards,
PROFI DRIVER
