Arrivée à l'aéroport Pick-up Après avoir franchi les contrôles d'immigration et récupéré vos bagages (zone réglementée). Veuillez chercher le chauffeur à la PORTE DE SORTIE, hall d'arrivée (espace public), nous tiendrons sur une plaque avec votre nom dessus afin que vous puissiez nous repérer facilement. Si vous ne trouvez pas le chauffeur, veuillez nous contacter au numéro indiqué sur le bon. Point de départ Vous serez accueilli à votre hôtel dans le salon de réception ou à l'extérieur à l'adresse résidentielle indiquée. Les transferts sont opérés pour répondre à tous les vols au départ du terminal national ou international de Ho Chi Minh-Ville. Notre opérateur reconfirmera l'heure de prise en charge, normalement 3 heures avant l'heure de départ pour les vols internationaux et nationaux. Si votre destination se trouve dans une zone suburbaine comme District 2, District 7, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, ou Binh Chanh, veuillez sélectionner la bonne option lors de la réservation.

The so called Fast Track guy to guide us thru quickly never showed up. At least there was a taxi to take us to our hotel

Worked as it should. Arrived late at night so this express customs is not necessary for late arrivals. Just get a Grab car from airport.

I would never recommend anyone to do this service. They make u pay for the service and when u get to the airport, nobody shows up for fast track and they tell u that you only paid for transport from the airport. This non fast track thing makes u wait for atleast 2 hours on the queue. And when u get to the transport, u are made to pay an extra $10 so in total u pay $40 for transport only when in fact the journey is $5.

Driver was great. Arrived early. Add is very misleading if you are waiting fast track service with airport transfer. Take a Grab to airport and then get fast track separately. It will be much cheaper. Operator not helpful with making a correction, thus the poor rating.

Flight was delayed so they cancelled our pickup, they had all the arrival flight information. Not a good service. 1am at airport after 23hrs travel, no fast track no pickup, welcome to Vietnam, would not recommend.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, which made it impossible for us to proceed with the service as scheduled. That said, we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must have been, especially arriving at 1:00 AM after 23 hours of travel, and we sincerely regret the stress it caused you.
