This company is fantastic! They confirmed our trip and we contracted with them to put together a 3.5 day itinerary with drivers for our entire trip. Asad, was absolutely amazing. He put together a reasonably priced itinerary for us. All vehicles were clean, air conditioned, with water and English speaking drivers who provided historical context. Me an my family highly recommend this company to be your driving company and tour company for your time in Dubai! They are more than just airport transport!

Asad was the coordinator for all drivers we had during our stay in Dubai Bilal Siraj and Salam they were wonderful! They were on time so efficient even when I switched days and times! Asad was almost there to communicate I don't think he sleeps if I ever go back God's willing I will use his service again and again simply superb!

My driver arrived 10 minutes early, which was a great relief given the early morning flight. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and smooth ride. I also appreciated the professionalism of the driver, who was courteous and helpful with my luggage. Another highlight was the easy booking process. I made the reservation online, and the website was user-friendly with clear instructions. I received a confirmation email right away, and a reminder the day before my trip, which added an extra layer of reassurance. The Bad While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the pricing was on the higher side. Although the service was good, I felt the cost was a bit steep compared to other transport options. Additionally, the driver seemed unfamiliar with some of the less common routes, relying heavily on GPS, which led to a slightly longer journey than expected due to traffic. The Just OK The customer service could use some improvement. When I called to confirm my return trip, the representative seemed disinterested and rushed through the call. While my request was handled efficiently, a bit more friendliness would have made a better impression. Tips and Recommendations Book in Advance: Their schedule can fill up quickly, especially during peak travel times, so make sure to book your ride as early as possible. Clarify Costs: Make sure you understand the pricing structure upfront, including any potential additional charges for things like waiting time or extra luggage. Communicate Special Requests: If you have any specific needs (e.g., child seat, extra luggage space), mention these during booking to ensure they are accommodated. Feedback: Don’t hesitate to provide feedback. It seems they take customer suggestions seriously, and it might help improve the service.

the van provided for 7pax with luggage was spacious and clean . Ride was comfortable. Driver is ok , got us to the airport well on time

Driving was comfortable , conversation was very interesting and car was clean. From Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport took 45 minutes and 1 Am.
