My family and I had an outstanding trip to Vietnam in May. We have used TourRadar in the past because they coordinate well with local tour groups. Thang Tran was assigned to us for Vietnam and was very proactive beforehand, making sure our Visas were accurate and coordinating airport pickup coming from three different US states. We had excellent communication with him and our local people for each leg of our journey. Everyone was polite, helpful and on time, resulting in a fantastic tour of beautiful Vietnam. We had a fantastic experience with Stephen from making our booking to finishing our trip. Realistic Asia's 6-day trip to Northern Vietnam was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Our week-long trip in Northern Vietnam with Realistic Asia exceeded in all respects. Right from our arrival in Hanoi, we were greeted warmly and escorted through the airport via fast-track VIP processing. What a great way to begin a vacation after a long flight! The itinerary was just so well-rounded, and it gave us a chance to see culture, history, and nature in Vietnam. Some highlights would be taking a serene cruise through Tam Coc’s breathtaking karsts, learning about culture in Hanoi’s old quarter, and enjoying the spectacular overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay with Capella Cruise, which was simply luxurious, well-organized, and a whole lot of fun with activities such as kayaking, squid fishing, and happy hours in front of an incredible sunset. The hotels were absolutely fantastic (particularly Meritel Hanoi and 5★ Capella Cruise) and everything went smoothly because of the excellent coordination by Hien and her team. Kudos to our guide, Jimmy, for being very knowledgeable and very kind. Vegetarian and halal food choices were always observed and were very yummy too. What particularly impressed us was the level of communication and service provided by Hien, who personally left messages with each of us every day, not only ensuring all our requirements were being met but answering all of our queries with warmth and professionalism. With unforgettable memories, we left Vietnam and returned home. Thank you Realistic Asia for an excellent trip to Vietnam. The tours were well organized as per the schedule. A detailed itinerary was shared abs followed without any ambiguity. I had nothing to worry about as everything was taken care. A special shootout to Long Pham who was always reachable over a call and text. Overall experience was way above my expectations. I would highly recommend anyone to use the services. We set up a custom itinerary with guide Hien Do. I give her my highest recommendation. We saw Hanoi, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon, each day wi the a private guide and transportation. The food was incredible, the hotels ranging from very nice to superb, and each guide was a warm and friendly ambassador for beautiful Vietnam. Hien handled all the arrangements, fine tuning our itinerary until it was just right. She kept in touch throughout the trip and made sure we had everything we needed. I plan to tell everyone to go visit Vietnam. You’ll be so glad you did.
