Jordan is a country on my bucket list to visit for many things - the culture, history, landscapes, people and activities. I’ve decided to book my tour with R&H VIP Transportation Services as I wanted to experience Jordan on a more personal level. I had an itinerary set by R&H VIP Transportation Services which was well structured and organised, and they were very flexible with changes as per my request. When I landed in Amman, I was greeted by my driver, Bardaghawi. Bardaghawi has been absolutely incredible throughout my whole experience in Jordan. I cannot thank him enough for his amazing services, hospitality and kindness throughout my trip. As a solo traveller, Bardaghawi made me feel at ease and gave me a great tour of the country with so much interesting information everywhere we went! And also, I cannot forget to mention… his photography skills are phenomenal!!!! I’ve so many memories to look back upon after my time here! Originally I booked the 6 day tour with R&H VIP Transportation Services, but I extended it to 7 days as I was so impressed with the service I received from Bardaghawi. Thank you so much Bardaghawi for everything and having me during my trip, and hope to see you again when I come back! You are a true friend and gentleman. In brief, my itinerary included Ajloun, Jerash, Amman, Baptism site, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Shobak castle, Wadi Rum (Jeep tour and Martian Tent), Petra (Petra by night and Petra by Day), Aqaba (Scuba Diving), Wadi Mujib adventure centre and the Dead Sea (Crowne Plaza). The itinerary was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed all the places I visited along with all the activities I have done! There is a lot of misunderstanding with the conflict in the Middle East. Jordan is an extremely safe and welcoming country, and I have felt safe throughout my time here. The people are so kind, welcoming and show amazing hospitality. Please do not let the conflict put you off visiting Jordan, as this country and its people have so much to offer! I highly recommend R&H VIP Transportation Services if visiting Jordan as they will look after you and make your experience in Jordan special!!

We had an incredible trip to Jordan and a great experience that took us all over. From Amman to Petra to Wadi Rum to the Dead Sea and back. A key part of this was our driver Bader. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and we couldn't have made this trip work without him.

My tour of Jordan with my family will forever be an experience to remember. After traveling from DC to Amman, Khalid Najar picked us up from the airport and welcomed us like family. Communication was always smooth and easy, as his English is excellent. We began our trip at the Dead Sea, where we enjoyed a seaside spa experience with Dead Sea mud, delicious food, and a visit to Bethany Beyond the Jordan, the baptism site of Jesus. Of course, we visited Petra and later toured Wadi Rum by jeep, followed by dinner that evening. After Petra, we drove further south to Aqaba and spent time at the Red Sea, which was incredibly relaxing, especially after a full day of hiking in Petra. Later in our trip, we toured the ancient city of Jerash and also visited the Sea of Galilee. This experience was made truly special because of Khalid, who was not only our guide but also became our friend. He was an incredible advocate for us and made us feel safe and comfortable in a new place. Hearing about his life in Jordan and his deep love for the culture was eye-opening. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is open to adventure and wants to experience the Levant!

Visiting Jordan had been on my list for a long time, and after some online research I decided to book with R&H. Rod was incredibly prompt and helpful, answering all my questions clearly and quickly. On arrival I was met by Mohammed (Bardaghawi), who was my driver for the next few days. He was always on time, courteous, and looked after me as a solo female traveller with real care. He was also a fantastic source of local knowledge and clearly very proud of his country. Although I booked my hotels separately, Mohammed recommended an excellent guide for the Little Petra back route to the Monastery, which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend R&H, and Mohammed in particular, to anyone planning a trip to Jordan.

Khalid was our private driver throughout our 5 days in Jordan and made the entire trip seamless. He was punctual for every pickup, drove safely, and kept his vehicle spotless and comfortable. His local knowledge really enhanced our experience. He provided great historical context for Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea, recommended excellent local spots off the tourist path, and suggested route adjustments that saved us time and helped us avoid crowds. Khalid was professional, friendly, and flexible when our plans changed. His English was proficient, and he communicated clearly about logistics and timing. The vehicle had reliable climate control, and he always had cold water available. If you need a private driver in Jordan, Khalid is dependable and knows the country inside and out. Fair pricing, zero hassles, and genuinely good company for long drives between sites. Would absolutely book him again for our next Jordan trip.
