Description
Nos vignobles, âgés en moyenne de 30 à 50 ans, sont cultivés selon les méthodes traditionnelles Pergola Veronese et Guyot (Filare Speronato). Chaque étape de notre processus de vinification est effectuée avec soin et dévouement, en veillant à ce que toutes les opérations de vigne soient effectuées manuellement, de la taille à la fertilisation naturelle, avec patience et un profond respect de la nature. L'expérience comprend une visite guidée des vignobles et de la cave, où vous découvrirez le processus de vinification de la vigne à la bouteille. Pour compléter le voyage, profitez d'une dégustation de 3 ou 5 vins soigneusement sélectionnés, chacun reflétant le caractère unique et la tradition de Valpolicella.

My husband and I were really looking forward to this tour. Received confirmation the day before, travelled by bus and taxi to winery and to our surprise nobody was there conducting a tour. In fact it took us about 20 minutes to hunt someone down at the winery. Apparently, they lost power in the morning but why we weren't notified was never explained. The 3 people we finally found at the winery were extremely gracious and helpful in getting us transport back to Verona. We had a slight language communication problem which we all worked hard to figure out. While waiting for our return taxi they poured us 2 glasses of wine and gifted us a bottle of one of their wines. Tripadvisor is refunding the cost of the tour, but we are hoping for an additional reimbursement for our travel expenses. I do not hold the winery responsible for this. The winery - Franchini - went out of their way to help us find our way back to Verona.

Lovely experience! The wine was outstanding. The tasting was on a beautiful property with the kindest hosts. They even recommended a local restaurant and ordered us a taxi. We had a case sent home. And it was truly a highlight of our trip.
Caterina welcomed us with kindness and accompanied us in the visit of the vineyard and in the cellar telling with accuracy of details the process of winemaking. Very interesting route and excellent wines! At the end of the experience he greeted us with a sweet wine and dove not included in the package
This was an unforgettable experience led by Marta, who explained how the Valpoicella, Amarone and a unique blend are produced at Franchini vineyards. We would highly recommend this tour. Marta was kind, interesting and thorough in her explanations.

This was an amazing tour! I learned so much and tried delicious wines! The vineyard was beautiful! The host was amazing! She had real conversation with us as we went and was so kind! I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful tour!!
We had an exceptional wine tasting experience. Despite our tight travel schedule, we booked the 11:30 AM slot, and it turned out to be perfect. We were fortunate to enjoy a personalized, one-on-one session, where the hosts were incredibly welcoming and patiently answered all of my beginner questions about wine tasting. And finally we got some amazing wines to take with us back home! I highly recommend driving to the location rather than walking, especially on a sunny day. The setting is stunning and absolutely worth the visit!
Our guide, Marta, was excellent. We arrived far earlier than booked but she went ahead and took us on the tour, without any problem. She was very knowledgeable and always ensured we understood.
