Notre cours de cuisine a gagné en popularité au fil des ans en donnant aux gens des leçons intensives et intéressantes. Les gens qui viennent chez nous peuvent être des experts qui veulent ouvrir un restaurant vietnamien chez eux ou quelqu'un qui n'a jamais cuisiné auparavant, mais qui veut pouvoir manger de la délicieuse cuisine vietnamienne quand ils rentrent après leurs vacances. Notre école est située en plein centre du vieux quartier, donc d'accès très facile, après l'excursion au plus grand marché de Hanoï, près du vieux quartier, vous pouvez également savoir où acheter quoi dans le reste de votre voyage ici. En seulement 3 à 4 heures, vous apprendrez les ingrédients (épices et produits vietnamiens). Vous pourrez vous préparer à cuisiner tout un repas composé des 5 plats les plus populaires et les plus authentiques de Hanoï (ou sa version végétarienne pour les fruits du travail et essayez le vin de riz vietnamien avec vos camarades de cours, recevant un livret de cuisine et un certificat! !

By far the most lighthearted experience I’ve had in Vietnam! Emmy was my guide and she was incredible! I was the only one in my class but it was never awkward or stale, from beginning to end I was having fun and learning new things. Not only was the class amazing but the food was the best I’ve had on my trip! MUST NEED CLASS IF IN HANOI. It was worth every single penny! Would definitely love to have my memory erased to expierence this again.
Hailey led an amazing class! She taught us to make so many traditional Vietnamese dishes, and they were amazing. More than worth the money.

The cooking class was fantastic! It’s a great way to learn all the techniques of Vietnamese cuisine, along with its little secrets. A special mention goes to Coco, our amazing instructor, who taught us so much about Vietnamese food, spices, herbs, and local ingredients. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience truly enjoyable. And the meal at the end was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this experience!!
