I would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the care, commitment, and attention from the company, especially Lucia (at the beginning) and Cristian (throughout the trip). Our engagement will be eternally marked and will always be part of our story. We Brazilians really value attention and commitment and we can see that in every moment. They organized our tours with schematized itineraries and always meeting deadlines and times. When we think of a package, we have the impression that everything will be the cheapest, which did not happen. Attention every day via WhatsApp with quick resolution when necessary. It was incredible, from the beginning of the negotiations, starting with the agency service, to the transfer to the airport! Yonel, in particular, is wonderful! The experience in Machu Picchu was incredible, I cried a lot there hahaha. I was very emotional! We went to Peru in August 2026 with the Peru Grand Travel agency. Our experience with the agency was incredible from beginning to end. All transfers and tours took place at the agreed time, following the itinerary. All guides were very good and spoke our language very well, it transformed our understanding of the culture and our experience. I completed 5 tours with the company: City tour in Cusco, Maras moray and salineiras, sacred valley, Machu picchu and colorful mountain, out transfer arrival and departure to the airport. I just have to thank you, they made our trip an incredible experience! Their assistance was the best I’ve ever experienced, from the beginning, before we closed the contract, until the last second in Cusco. A special thanks to Ebert who was always available at Whastapp for any questions and information we needed, and to Will, our city tour and sacred valley guide. He was exceptional with us, very attentive and caring, always taking away all historical doubts, very patient and dedicated to the photos. Yonel, the guide of Machu Picchu, was also very dear and patient. Raised in the photos too!
