Faites de la plongée avec tuba dans les incroyables eaux bleues autour du cratère Molokini, c'est comme nager dans un aquarium !
Pu'u Ola'i, également connue sous le nom de Red Hill, est un cône de cendres en forme de dôme qui soutient la célèbre petite plage de Maui. C'est notre point à mi-chemin et un endroit idéal pour une petite pause après avoir exploré Molokini. Blue Lagoon est une crique protégée idéale pour se détendre et dériver avant de nouvelles aventures. Ensuite, nous ferons Seafari™ dans une crique Pu'u Ola'i, une zone peu profonde où vous verrez des coquillages à profusion au milieu d'une eau cristalline. Alors que nous nageons autour de Pu’u Ola’i Point, nous sommes souvent accueillis par une bande de poissons-chevesnes qui habitent cette région. Ensuite, nous nous dirigeons vers The Cove puis vers Coral Forest. Ces spots regorgent d’une variété de coraux et de poissons que nous ne voyons nulle part ailleurs ! Gardez les yeux ouverts pour observer les tortues, les raies aigles et une variété de poissons colorés.
Comme son nom l’indique, Turtle Town, située le long de la rive sud de Maui, près de Makena Landing, est connue pour sa grande population de tortues vertes hawaïennes, appelées « honu » en hawaïen. Bien que la zone soit accessible depuis la plage, la baignade est assez longue depuis le rivage, mais notre bateau vous amène là où les tortues traînent.
Le long du littoral, nous trouvons les tortues et nous avons quelques endroits secrets qui ont de grands groupes de créatures marines.

Captain Jen and Sofia were excellent today! They were thorough, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. We had a great time and definietly recommend this team!
We had a blast and would highly recommend this tour. Captain Jen and Sofia were excellent guides. They taught us a lot about the area, while we enjoyed world class snorkeling and views.
For my Maui trip, I had booked two snorkel tours with two different companies. My experience with the first tour was honestly not that great (though it was due to my inexperience in water, and not the company’s fault). Because of that, I really hesitated about going on the second tour - but I am so glad I did! The 5-hour tour with Maui Snorkel Charters was incredible! It was organized so efficiently by two wonderful women, Captain Jen and Sophia. While the four stops that we made were all magical, the visit to Turtle Town was my favorite by far. Being able to see the majestic turtles swim by was breathtaking and something that I will never forget. And what Maui Snorkel Charters does that is truly above and beyond is that they took photos of our adventures and shares them with us at no extra charge. As the photographer, Sophia truly captured amazing images of us while we were underwater with the fish and turtles (something that we probably could not have done as well ourselves, even if we had rented a GoPro). I’ve fallen in love with snorkeling and highly recommend Maui Snorkel Charters to anyone and everyone.
Wow! We had an amazing time. 4 different snorkeling locations and we saw so many turtles. We were the second boat at the crater and it was incredible. Capt Jen and Sofia were AMAZING! They knew all the snorkeling spots and Sofia swam with the group taking pictures of everyone. They gave snacks, coffee, and very good banana bread! 11/10 experience!

We had a great time snorkeling with Captains Eleni and Sofía! Saw so many different beautiful kinds of fish, and lots of sea turtles. They were so helpful and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them and highly recommend this tour!
Let’s hear it for strong women, Captains Jen and Eleni! Started the morning with banana bread and coffee and it only got better. We were guided to 4 different snorkel sites, each offering a unique view underwater. Nothing felt rushed and they took time to help newbies and support the few whose sea legs didn’t quite stand strong enough for the morning. I highly recommend this 5-hour tour—you won’t regret the early morning wake-up, and If you’re in Kihei, you can walk to the departure dock. They uploaded pictures super quickly (less than 90 minutes after the tour) and the photos along with onboard snacks (you will be hungry after the first couple snorkel excursions) were included in the price. Give them all the 5-star ratings!
Great experience and crew was awesome
I loved, loved, loved this snorkeling trip! First off, this tour left at 6:30 am for the short ride to be one of the first boats to Molokini Crater. There were only around 18 people aboard which made for a very personal feel. The crew, Captain Jenn, Captain Alene (sp?), and Sofia were outstanding as they prepared everyone from experienced snorkelers to novices as to what to expect and how to best enjoy the experience. Our family ranged in age from 11 to 70 and we all felt like we were in good hands with this crew. The clear water in the crater was fantastic and we saw an abundance of sea life there. Since it was such a calm morning, we also got to snorkel on the outside of the crater, which was a real treat. After that, the other snorkelers on board were returned to the boat ramp and we had the whole boat to ourselves as we headed to Turtle Town. Swimming with the sea turtles was a unique experience and we spent quite a bit of time there getting some fantastic pictures (which were uploaded for free as part of the tour!) We had some time left so we were given the opportunity to snorkel in a third location before heading back in. The captains were a wealth of knowledge about the history of the area, places we snorkeled as well as the best places in Kihei to eat. This was my second favorite thing we did in Hawaii. (It would have been impossible to top seeing Kilauea erupt!) Book this trip---you will not be disappointed!
This is our favorite family activity on Maui. We go back again and again! This trip was special because we had Captain Jen who went the extra mile to make the trip fabulous. She's a wealth of ocean knowledge and her love of the Maui waters is contagious. Thank you for another wonderful day of snorkeling. We will be back!!
