We saw their traditional clothing, hairstyles, cattle culture and learned about their customs and ceremonies. We were particularly interested in the bull-jumping tradition. Our guide explained that ceremonies are community events and happen according to the local people's schedule, rather than being organized specifically for tourists. We really appreciated this because it made the experience feel much more genuine. The visit to the Karo people was another unforgettable experience.
