It was good to see how those inside the cashier worked as a team and how they made sure that the food arrived on time, it didn’t take long at all for the food to arrive

Great experience, lovely staff, a little rushed perhaps as didn’t have time to experience all to offer in 24 hours - My jacuzzi bath and spa treatments
They didn’t pick us up after sending us the email, the hotel called and we had to pay for a taxi to meet up with bus , and the boat didn’t have a private balcony as promised on the confirmation. They then refused any compensation- avoid this company !
I was delighted. This is an unforgettable trip to one of the 7 wonders of the world. Amazing views, incredible atmosphere. The room is very comfortable and clean. Delicious food and lots of it. The price is very affordable. The staff is very friendly. I advise everyone.

Not worth the price for 24 hour of experience, out of which only 1 hour of Cave visit was interesting. There was nothing 5* about it except size of the rooms on the cruise. Must offer some activities. Kayak was 3rd grade. Food was average. Cruise crew was good and accommodating, but pick up and drop off service was horrible & tiring experience that spoiled everything else.

For someone who dont know why this review is 1 star =? this guest Mr. Poonam would like to drop off inside AEONMALL for airport, but bus driver could not drop off inside the mall because it is inconvenient for guests to catch taxi to airport. Drivers did this work daily and know how to do the best for customers, all other guests on bus also agree with the way driver did for Mr. Poonam. Door to door transportation made getting to and from the cruise a seamless experience. Staff were friendly and I had a great overall experience.

For our 9th wedding anniversary we traveled from Singapore to Vietnam to sail on Hunters Halong Bay Cruise. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel to the moment we were dropped back off our experience with the company was exceptional! We are Americans, so we didn't really know what to expect but we were impressed with every aspect of the trip. From the warm and welcoming hospitality of Tom and his crew to the cleanliness of the ship, to the delicious food, and even the itinerary. It was planned out perfectly to our likings and we were able to be entertained AND relaxed all in the same trip. The staff decorated our room and bathroom with rose petals and it made us feel very special. I highly recommend this cruise and company to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxury style vacation. I plan to return myself in the near future.
