We recently did an in-depth trip through Peru with Valencia Travel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. A huge part of what made the trip so special was our tour director, Eduardo. Eduardo was simply the best. He was extremely knowledgeable about Peru, but what stood out just as much was how caring, thoughtful, and attentive he was throughout the entire journey. He managed everything exceptionally well — timing, tickets, transportation, organisation, and all the little details that can make such a difference on a busy itinerary. He was also incredibly flexible and always willing to accommodate when plans needed to change. We always felt that we were in very capable hands, and Eduardo made the whole trip feel seamless and stress-free. His knowledge and enthusiasm also added so much to our understanding and appreciation of Peru. Eduardo had a fantastic team around him as well. A special shoutout to Jose Luis (Chikiling), Yuri in the Amazon, and Angel at Lake Titicaca. Each of them was wonderful in their own way and contributed to making the trip such a memorable experience. Overall, we had an amazing time exploring Peru with Valencia Travel. We spent a fabulous 4 days with our wonderful guide, Mariela Pumachapi, who excelled in being both incredibly professional but warm and friendly as well. Mariela took care of every fine detail for us, which helped enormously with the language barrier, and ensured a hassle free and most enjoyable experience in each location. Nothing was too much effort, even assisting us with a better room at our hotel after being allocated a room in a very noisy location for the first three nights. Her knowledge and passion for her home country was infectious and we learnt so much about Peru, a country we certainly didnt learn about at school! Mariela is a credit to her profession and we thank her enormously for patiently addressing our many, many questions along the way 😜 😁 Valencia Travel is fortunate to have such a dedicated, caring guide in their service. Our family had an amazing experience during our tour of Cusco, Machu Picchu, and the Sacred Valley. Everything was well organised, and the sites were absolutely breathtaking. A special mention goes to our guide, Juan, who made the trip unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and always ready to help. His passion for the history and culture of the region brought each place to life, making the journey both educational and enjoyable for the whole family. We highly recommend this tour and Juan!

As a 74 year old I was a bit apprehensive about going to Cusco and Machu Picchu on my own but I didn’t need worry. I booked through Viator and the company on the ground were Valencia travel. They were both excellent, brilliant service. I was collected and left back from airport, hotel, train etc on time by very nice representatives and guides. I have to mention Miguel, Roland and Elizabeth my guide on Machu Picchu. They were so knowledgeable and made the trip quite a very memorable experience. Also Ricardo the driver who was always on time. I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Carlos was a great guide around Cusco and Miguel was great for the ride to Ollantaytambo and even added some extra stops! Elizabeth at Machu Picchu was also fantastic, and we were lucky to have great weather (even in the rainy season). The hotels were fine, although Aguas Calientes was quite loud! We were unfortunately left at the train station for most of the day due to the recent crash, some communication from Valencia/the rail operator would have helped us but it was obviously an extreme circumstance. We had a great trip, would recommend Valencia travel to anyone!

Our guide Claudio was very knowledgeable and great passion for Peru history in particular the Inka history. He organised everything very efficiently with lots of details each day on schedule.

Our tour with in Peru with guide Claudio was amazing and he went above and beyond with support and knowledge. His knowledge of the Inka history was great and gave a great insight. He was every helpful with any daily needs for group including assistant in getting lost baggage from airport. I have elderly mother and help guide her though all the walks and trails so she was safe and able to enjoy the experience.
