Great time and lots of fish caught!! The crew was great. Definitely will be back in the future.
We booked a 4 hour light tackle and snorkeling with Reel Dreams. The booking went extremely well with Andoni answering all my inquiries in a timely fashion. Captain and crew Donny and Chris made the whole experience fun and action packed. We caught around 20 grunts and snappers and a small grouper. Then we headed off to the reef. We had time left so they decided to troll back and see if we could catch a bigger fish. No such luck, but we tried! I’d definitely recommend and possibly book again, maybe deep sea next time.
The captain and crew were great! We had a good time and they got us on some fish early. The boat was a good size and handled the larger swells well. I’m glad we paid for the larger boat as the seas were moving quite a bit early.
We had an incredible experience on this private boat with our adult kids. The captain made sure everyone had a great time—snorkeling and fishing for all skill levels, with outstanding service from start to finish. The highlight was returning to the dock and having our fresh catch prepared at the restaurant at the dock, hands down the best meal of our trip. Excellent food, an excellent captain, and a truly memorable day on the water. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a first-class experience.
Lincoln was our captain and Chris was the deckhand. When we booked the private charter for our family we thought that meant we could choose what we wanted to do on the water. But when we told Lincoln what we wanted to do, he wasn’t interested in some of the things. He only wanted to go fishing. So we went fishing, which meant we slowly trolled around for a couple of hours listening to Lincoln’s music. None of us ever got to touch a rod or reel. Everyone was super bored so we asked him to let us swim for a few minutes, which he did. The we cut the trip short & went back to dock, as nobody was enjoying it at all. Chris seems like a nice guy and a hard worker. We definitely regretted booking this “private charter” and we would not recommend it
Hello, I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. You’re right, it would appear there was a misunderstanding. Yes we offer private charters where you get the boat to yourselves, but of course there are limitations. We offer fishing, snorkeling, beaching and sightseeing charters. With the standard package you have the choice of any the above. The 4 hour tour gives you enough time to do about 2 activities. 1 activity is recommended on the 4 hour tour but we can squeeze a second activity for our guests. I was advised that you asked capt. Lincoln to take you to swim with the pigs, to which he responded that the package you booked did not include the swimming pigs. These trips have much higher operating expenses and are priced differently. You were informed of the additional charge but declined. The swimming pigs tour is listed publicly which shows the higher rate. You then requested to go fishing but after a short period asked to go to the beach. I’m sorry your group didn’t enjoy these activities. Regarding the music, at the beginning of all trips guests are advised that the boats are equipped with SiriusXM, on which you can select your preferred station or connect via Bluetooth.
We had an outstanding experience on this fishing charter, and the fact that they also took us snorkeling at two beautiful spots made it even better. Captain Justin was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everyone had a great time.
Reel Dreams delivered a beautiful day on the water starting off from the Nassau Yacht Marina. The first two hours were spent trolling for Wahoo, which we didn’t find. That part was more like an expensive boat ride. But, the second portion was spent anchored on a reef, and we caught lots of fish, one right after another! They cleaned and filleted the Strawberry Groupers we caught, and we took them to The Poop Deck to be cooked fresh, sea to table! Thank you Justin and Sam, we enjoyed our day out!
Had a great day with Justin and Sammy cruising around Nassau. We swam with the pigs, saw a some turtles, explored some cays and islands. Highly recommended and they couldn’t have been any more accommodating. You will thoroughly enjoy it.
Amazing day spent on their private beach with friends. Excellent staff; they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
We started out inshore and caught a few yellowfin, strawberry grouper, and a trigger fish. Moved to deep sea fishing and BAM!!!! BLUE MARLIN ON THE LINE…. once in a lifetime fish. Captain Don and first mate Sam made the day memorable. Great people.
