Twizy Safari est une visite de 4 heures. Note : nous sommes près de Puerto DE Santiago à 110 km de Santa Cruz la Capitale. Nous roulons jusqu'aux montagnes avec des voitures 100% électriques à 4000 pieds de haut. Sur notre voyage, nous faisons quelques arrêts. Il est en dehors de la zone touristique, sur la culture, la géologie, des paysages incroyables avec une expérience de conduite unique et amusante. Le prix comprend une boisson gazeuse, une spécialité locale de café et la visite (si ouvert) d'un atelier de poterie. Nous traversons les champs de lave d'El Chinyero, et visitons une plantation de bananes originale. Enfin, nous descendons sur des routes de montagne tranquilles et jetons un coup d'oeil attentif aux villages intacts de Tenerife. Puissance du Twizy : sensation de voiture de course et super silencieux. Un équilibre parfait. Protection de sac gonflable et de ceinture de sécurité. Pas de fenêtres, air frais des montagnes, mais pas de casque et pas de coups de soleil. Maximum 10 invités donc il n'y a jamais foule. Le choix parfait pour les familles et les amis.

Nous nous arrêtons dans un beau café traditionnel canarien où nous invitons nos invités pour une spécialité locale de café et des boissons non alcoolisées froides. Pendant qu'ils savourent leurs boissons, nous racontons un résumé complexe de l'histoire et de la culture des îles.
Une promenade dans le village historique de Santiago del Teide. Nous visitons le centre du village pour comprendre en profondeur la vie loin de la côte.
Nous nous arrêtons dans une industrie artisanale gastronomique, produisant des confitures, des chutneys, des sauces mojo canariennes. Les clients reçoivent une explication détaillée du processus de production en se promenant dans la cuisine et après cela, nous avons une dégustation sans obligation d'acheter les produits.
Nous visitons une véritable bananeraie d'exportation. Tout en dégustant des bananes locales, nous marchons entre les plantes et fournissons une explication complète de la façon dont elles sont cultivées sur l'île.

Fantastic way to see villages off the usual route. Dan the guide was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and full of interesting information. Communication is given throughout the trip via walkie talkies if you get stuck behind another vehicle on the road. The cars were really good fun to drive, can easily fit two adults, remember to take your driving licence with you. The location is up what seems to be an off road track but the info on where to go is very clear. I highly recommend this tour as part of your holiday, it won’t disappoint.
This tour was definitely worth it. Our guide was very friendly. He explained and showed us everything. The 4 hours went by quickly. It is a lot of fun to drive the Twizzy. This tour is highly recommended.

Such a fun and unique way to explore Tenerife while also learning about the island’s history and culture. We loved hearing about the banana farms, local pottery, and the hidden stories behind different areas of Tenerife. The views were incredible and the whole experience felt really personal and enjoyable. Dan was amazing — so friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Tenerife, which made the tour even better.
My family of 5 loved our time touring Tenerife with Dan! What a fun way to see the island. We learned so much about the island's terrain and culture, and enjoyed touring the banana farm as well as our stop at the cafe to try the delicious Barraquito! Dan was very knowledgeable and took us on a beautiful ride through Tenerife's windy roads. Great way to see parts of the island and my teenage kids loved it!
An original and particularly informative experience. Daniel is a very competent guide, his explanations are clear and exciting, both precise and taking a step back to better understand. The Twizy tour goes through a banana grove, remote villages, lava fields, etc. Perfect to get to know this fascinating island!
I picked this excursion because my 13 yr old son wanted to ride in a twizy. But, it ended up being our favorite one in Tenerife. The cars were super easy & fun to drive plus we covered a lot of ground in the time we were together. Our guide Dan was extremely knowledgable on every aspect of the tour & we learned a lot about the history of the island & its native people which was fascinating. I highly recommend this tour!!
Excellent “safari” with Dan. He is so knowledgeable. He discussed Tenerife’s history, geography, culture & people with great detail & is so engaging. The Twizy cars themselves are great fun whizzing through small villages & on both main & tiny winding roads. All the while Dan communicated via walkie talkies in the cars pointing out items of interest & ensuring our safety at all times, reading the roads & advising us of where to go & when it was safe to do so. Perfecto !
