Spécifiez votre lieu de prise en charge. **Les clients de Sousa paient des frais de ramassage supplémentaires** Taino Bay : Si votre ramassage se fait à Taino Bay, rendez-vous à la Porte #5, où votre Guide vous attendra. Une fois sur place, vous verrez notre Guide tenant un panneau qui indique votre nom ou vos turistravels. Amber Cove : Veuillez vous rendre à la porte principale. Une fois arrivé à la porte principale, tournez à gauche, et vous verrez le point de rendez-vous où notre Guide vous attendra avec un grand panneau qui indique votre nom. Remarque : Nous vous enverrons une carte une fois votre réservation terminée pour vous aider à la prise en charge. De plus, nous resterons en contact en tout temps jusqu'à ce que vous rencontriez notre Guide et chauffeur. Awesome experience start to finish! Our driver communicated well prior to and during the excursion and managed our time well throughout the day. Our waterfall tour was INCREDIBLE. Gary our tour guide took us first thing so it was a private tour which made for a phenomenal experience. He was hilarious and super informative in a fun way and kept us engaged the whole time. Monkeyland surpassed our expectations. We got to visit all sorts of animals and try local coffee and hot chocolate. We had ample time with the monkeys and didn’t feel rushed at all. The dune buggy tour was also super cool - we had enough time to stop at a secluded beach spot and have a couple local beverages. Perhaps the most underrated part was having a private photographer, Eddy, capture videos and memories for us. He got everything back the next day and was so helpful throughout the entire day. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone involved in making our day so memorable.
Amazing Cruise Excursion! Our guides were knowledgeable, fun, and great guys! We were a bit rushed but that was our fault for booking later in the day and needing to be back on the ship earlier than I thought.
This was a last minute booking and everything worked out perfectly! We were able to go to the waterfalls, see the monkeys and we were going to do the buggy but we since we booked it last minute we didn’t have enough time to ride them. But our tour guide and driver was very nice and helpful and ensured that we had a great experience!
Francisco was amazing! We truly had a great time and got to spend decent time at each location. He was very personable and gave great info. Eddie was a photographer that also joined us and he was a lot of fun on the trip. Luckily our group was smaller and intimate which was a nice aspect. While francisco kept our belongings safe Eddie joined us on the excursion to document it all which was an added bonus. Moreno was our guide at the waterfalls and he was very helpful especially against currents we need to trek through. The monkeys are a MUST see! They are very interactive and are the sweetest! Get ready to have them jump all over you but they are light little guys. Highly highly recommend this trip!!!
Our tour was fantastic! Our guide Eddy and driver, Luis were both fantastic and so friendly. Our tour had just our family so it was our own private adventure. The transportation was clean, air conditioned and well kept. They asked us what time we needed to be back to our ship and we had more than enough time at each attraction without feeling rushed and still made it back with plenty of time to spare. We even had a little bonus stop at the beach. Be sure to bring plenty of cash to tip the guides at each experience, as well as your tour guides for the day. You will definitely want face coverings or bandanas and goggles for the buggies. If your guide takes pictures throughout the day, buy them!! They are spectacular and you don’t have to worry about taking your own.
Fransisco set up a great day for us. He was very responsive and picked us up right outside Taino Bay cruise port. We had plenty of time to get back to our cruise.
Great experience. Would do it again. Kind staff and we were picked up by private van right outside terminal. Great for active families.
Meeting the tour guides was super easy. The port is fantastic. The experience on all of our tours were excellent! Really knowledgeable tour, guide and a lot of fun!

Francisco and Rolando took us to the waterfalls, the monkeys, and the buggy tour. They were all good but the first two were must sees/dos! The service we received was exceptional! Their hospitality was amazing and they had a genuine desire to help us feel welcome in Puerto Plata. I would recommend this tour group over any other. I saw other groups and Francisco and team far far exceeded their service. Highly recommend them!!
